RemovingtheBumper...

Before installing the KC light bar you

mustremovethebumperbolts.

1. There are four bolts, two on either
side of the tow hooks located
through the gap in front of the

bumper (see photo A). Remove
themwithan18mmsocket.

2. Let the bumper drop down. It will
onlydropabout2inches.

3. Retain the factory hardware (bolts
and nut plates), they will be

neededtosecurethelightbar.

Installingthe LightBar...

1. Hold the KC Light Bar up andalign
the holes in the light bar, bumper

and frame, then start threading the
factory bolts in the nut plates by

hand.

2. Once all of the bolts are started,

align the bumper and tighten the
fourbolts.

3. Install the KC Lights of your choice
andenjoy.
