Replacement Bumper Lights

for 2007 - 2012 Jeep JK

2 - 55W 4” Round Halogen or 2 - 30W 4” Round LED
2 - Mounting Brackets
2 - Bolts, nuts and Washers

PLEASE NOTE - These lights are for OFF ROAD USE ONLY

PREPARATION FOR MOUNTING YOUR LIGHTS

1. Remove the plastic air dam/fairing from below the front bumper. (6 plastic fasteners with
Phillips head screws)

2. Unplug factory fog light if equipped.

3. Unclip fog light wiring harness from front bumper.

4. Remove the front bumper using an 18mm socket. (8 nuts/4
plates)

5. Remove factory fog lights from bumper. (4 Phillips screws
each)

MOUNTING YOUR LIGHTS

1. Loosely bolt the brackets to the KC bumper lights as shown
in photo 1.

2. Bolt the lights with brackets to the bumper using the supplied
3/8” hardware. NOTE - The flat washer is positioned
on the bottom of the bumper, over the large hole.

3. Re-install the bumper and re-attach the factory wiring
harness to the bumper.

4. Plug your new KC lights into the factory harness.

AIMING YOUR LIGHTS

1. Since lights such as these are not legal on any public
road or highway, aiming your off road or competition
lights is entirely up to you. Most prefer the beam as far
down the road as possible, others adjust them slightly
off to the sides.

2. After aiming the lights to your preference, tighten all hardware.
