1 Overview
1.1 Introduction
This manual covers the EE1R3 chassis to be used with the KBC EE1CL series
10/100 Ethernet line drivers.
1.1.1 EE1R3
The EE1R3 chassis allows the KBC EE1CL series, 10/100 Ethernet line drivers to be
mounted in a 2.4U, 19” chassis configuration. The chassis supports up to fifteen
media converters which are hot-swappable. The chassis is provided with an integral
100 ~ 240Vac, 3.3A power supply and an AC power cord. A fan provides air-flow for
system cooling and there are LED indicators for power and fan status.
