The FRAME CLR series are projection screens with a perfectly stretched projection surface, stretched
on a stylish aluminium structure. This series is dedicated to UST projectors.
IMPORTANT!!! INSTALLATION AND OPERATION NOTES
1.The screen should be installed in a place away from moisture and strong sunlight.
2. Use the gloves provided in the kit to mount the surface and install the screen.
3. Clean with a soft microfiber cloth, lightly moistened with soap dissolved in water. Due to the structure of the
surface, wipe only with horizontal movements, do not make up and down movements. Do not use active
cleaning agents. After cleaning, the screen should be carefully wiped dry to remove any residual moisture.
4. Correctly mounted screen must be absolutely level in every plane.
5. DIMENSIONAL TOLERANCE: Projection surface: ± 0.5% of the nominal size; components ± 5 mm.
IMPORTANT: Any mechanical damage to the surface voids the warranty.

SCREEN MOUNTING
1. Place all frame parts on a clean and level surface. Insert the steel angles into the profile of the screen frame,
as shown in Fig. 1, previously placing square washers in each profile as in Fig. 2. NOTE! Insert 4 additional
washers into the upper profile of the frame, which will be used to install wall brackets Fig. 2.
Fig.1
Fig.2
2. Slide the second frame to make a right angle, then use the included “B” bolts to attach the angle to the
screen frame (Fig. 3). Adjust the screen profiles to obtain a right angle and tighten the “B” bolts (Fig. 4).

3. If the frame profiles form a uniform plane, use the “A” bolts to calibrate the profile by tightening the bolts
to obtain a maximum even plane (Fig. 5), leaving room for the bolts (Fig. 6), which will be used to fix the
black frame profiles in the next step.
Fig.5 Fig.6
4. Unwind the surface gently with the black side up on the included sponge, as in Fig. 7. Remember that the
surface is intended for directional projection. Pay attention to the correct direction when connecting to the
frame, so that the top of the surface corresponds to the top of the frame.
5. Gently place the folded frame on the projection surface, so that the corners of the frame and the surface
look the same on each of the corners (Fig. 8).

6. Remember that the profile of the frame with 5 washers inserted is the top of the screen, make sure the
frame and the surface are positioned correctly (Fig. 9).
Fig. 9
7. Start fixing the surface from the corners of the frame by fastening the springs opposite to each other (left
– right side of the screen) Fig. 10, Fig. 11, making sure that the surface is evenly stretched.

8. Use a bolt to fix the surface in the centre of each side of the screen to the previously placed square
washer (Fig. 12, Fig. 13).
NOTE! This step is only to keep the washer in position, do not tighten the bolt, just insert slightly. It will
help avoid displacement of the washer during further assembly.
Fig.12
9. Fix the surface with springs starting from the corners of the screen going towards the centre, starting from
the shorter sides. Make sure the surface is evenly stretched. NOTE! The springs should be fastened by two
people, so as to simultaneously fasten the springs opposite to each other. After installing a few springs, the
frame can be slightly lifted to relieve surface tension.

10. Invert the screen slightly and check whether the surface is stretched evenly and there is no deformation.
If there is such an occurrence, gently move the surface with your hand from the centre towards the corner.
Fig. 14.
IMPORTANT: the area where you can touch the surface is 10 mm from the edge of the screen (Fig. 14).
11. Place the black profile on the outer part of the frame by unscrewing the centre fixing of the surface made
in step 9., proceeding as shown in Fig. 15 to Fig. 18.
NOTE! After placing the profiles Fig. 17, slightly lift the screen, so as to reduce the distance between the bolt
and the screen profile.

12. Fix the wall brackets to the frame, using the washers in Fig
19. Remember that it is possible to mount the
brackets inside the screen, then the mounting system will not be invisible Fig 20.

13. Attach the included magnet (Fig. 21) to the bottom profile of the frame (Fig. 22), at a maximum distance
of 20 cm from the edge of the frame.
Fig. 21
Fig.22
14. The set includes two plates for wall mounting, in order to eliminate the protrusion of the bottom corners of
the screen from the wall (Fig. 23).
Advice! Pull off the suspended screen frame at the bottom and attach the metal plate (Fig. 23) to the magnet (Fig.
21). Move the screen as close to the wall as possible. Then, mark the shape of the plate on the wall, which will
serve as a template for fixing it (Fig. 24).
