YOUR ADVANTAGE
This tough, secure locking handle offers the performance you expect
from Kason hardware. The Performer deadbolt locking handle
operates seemlessly with sag-proof 1345 or 1346 Performer hinges.
The 28 and 1228 handles are supplied with Kason’s proven and
reliable inside release assemblies.
EASY INSTALLATION
Handle mounts to door with two fasteners. Deadbolt locking strike
mounts to jamb with inside release.
LOCKING HANDLE FEATURES
STRONG
Molded, reinforced composite handle has tubular steel
reinforcement for high strength.
VE RSATILE
Surface mounts to work with any door construction. Grip cover
conceals mounting hardware and acts as protective bumper.
Cover can be customized with color change and corporate logo,
based on volume commitment.

STRIKE FEATURES
STRONG
Steel reinforced strike pocket protects the door face and
increases security.
SECURE
Compact twist-action deadbolt key-locks. Handle padlocks in keylocked or unlocked position. Twist-off glow in the dark knob inside
release is standard.
CLEAN
Designed to keep dirt and debris from entering the internal
locking mechanism.
CONVENIENT
Kason has added a tether cable to hold the strike to the door
jamb after inside handle is released.
COMPLIANT
Meets NSF/ANSI Standard 2 for food equipment components.
