Model 621 & 622 PM Coffee Dispensers
(model 621 regular coffee, model 622 regular & decaf coffee)
Start Up Procedure
1. Connect dispenser to a filtered waterline source with a ¼ waterline having a ¼ flared
female fitting.
2. Turn on the filtered water supply and check for water leaks at all
connections.
3. Plug the dispensers power cord into a 115v 15amp outlet.
4. Turn on the dispenser’s ON / OFF switch located on the lower back
wall of the dispenser. The water tank will automatically fill and the
water will be up to brewing temperature when the Green Ready light
comes on.
NOTE: Your dispenser has been factory adjusted to brew a 60 ounce
Decanter of coffee at a 59+1 ratio. To increase or decrease the
Ratio, refer to Figure 1. To increase or decrease the dispense
Time (larger or smaller pot size), refer to Figure 2.
4. To load the dispenser with a bag(s) of coffee, lift off the cover directly above the brew
basket. Refer to Figure 3.
5. Set the bag(s) of coffee in the dispenser as shown in Figure 3. Insert
the QCD connector into the bag fitment.
6. Press & release the desired brew switch to start a brew cycle. Once brewed coffee begins
dispensing into your decanter, press the same brew switch
again. This will stop the brew cycle. The pump is now primed and pots of coffee can be
made simply by pressing & releasing the Red brew switch.
NOTE: To dispense a cup off coffee, press & release the desired brew
switch and press & release it once your cup is ¾ full.
