7. Is the track slot forward and tyre dire ction c orrect?
8. Is the tyre pres sure to sp ecication?
9. Radiator core, hoses and ttin gs.
10. Air element and hose clearance and c onnections tight.
11. Sediment in fuel lter/tank (drain fuel tank).
12. Is engine EPA complia nt?
13 Is PTO direction correct?
14. Has valve ta g been removed?
15. Are QRCs corre ctly aligned a nd cover s tte d?
16. Spare key tted correctly to machine.
17. Ensure batter y is secure and boot is on alternator.
18. Is the Splash Plate tted?
19. Check oil coole r conne ction to fan.
20. Ensure contr ol knobs are not s plit and are secured.
21. Is the Contr ol Knob on Trencher Valve clea r of guard?
OPER ATIONAL CHECK
1. Gau ges/switches and connections/dash lights.
2. At tachment Pla te.
3. Throttle Lever (not too tight or loose).
4. Levers and linkages working co rrectly.
5. U nusua l noise s or vibr ations.
6. Petrol/ Diesel engine Idle 1350-1450 / 900-1000 rpm.
7. Petrol / Diesel engine max 3550-3650 / 3 800 -3850rpm.
8. Is Loade r easy to start?
9. Is Hour Meter working? Test time = hrs.
10. Check th at lift cylinder stops in correct position.
11. Aux stop cable, check cable length is correct & test
opera tion 5 times.

5. Inspect fuel tanks for leaks.

7. Radiator water level (Diesel).

1. Is the “Passed By” sticker at tached and signed?
2. Check machine to be shipped against order.

4. Ensure diesel Loader has oil funnel.
