2. Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on the
rating plate of the appliance before using the appliance.
3. To protect against electrical shock do not immerse cord, plug, or
the motor unit in water or other liquid.
4. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by or
near children.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before putting on or
taking off parts or before cleaning.

while it is in operation. If food becomes lodged in opening, use
food pusher or other piece of fruit or vegetable to push it down.
When this method is not possible turn the motor off, unplug the
appliance and disassemble juicer to remove the remaining food.
13. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a
heated oven.
14. Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall
outlet. To disconnect remove the plug from the wall outlet.
15. Do not use appliance for other than intended use.

16. This kind of appliance cannot function continuously, it is not a
professional type of appliance. It is necessary to make temporary
stops. Check the section "Important information" in the instruction
manual.
17. It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all times
as it comes into direct contact with food.
18. The appliance is designed for extracting a small quantity of juice,
which has to be drunk rather quickly. It is not designed for
preparing large quantities at once.
19. Never touch the movable part with your hands in order not to get
hurt. Do not force the mechanism by squeezing the fruits you are
pressing too much.
20. Do not use the appliance if the rotating sieve is damaged.

POLARIZED PLUG INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit into the
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not properly fit into
the outlet at first, reverse it. If it still does not fit, contact a competent
qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
SHORT CORD INSTRUCTIONS
A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the hazards resulting
from becoming entangled in, or tripping over a longer cord.
Extension cords may be used if care is exercised in their use.
• The electrical rating of the extension cord should be at least
that of the appliance. If the electrical rating of the extension
cord is too low, it could overheat and burn.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This appliance is not for professional use. You should follow the
requested breaks. Failure to follow this instruction carefully may result
in damage to the motor. The maximum continuous usage time is 4
minutes. After 4 minutes of continuous use, you should insert a break
of at least 10 minutes.
BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME
Wash the parts of the product that will come into contact with the
fruit.
DISMANTLING AND ASSEMBLY
Be sure to remove plug from electrical outlet first before dismantling
or assembling the appliance.
Dismantling
• Switch off the appliance and open the locking clamps (J)
• Remove the protective cover (C)
• Push the motor casing (H) downwards and remove the
separating unit (E) then pull the grater & filter (D) unit upwards.
Assembly
• Place the separating unit (E) on the motor housing (H), push with
both hands on the separating unit it is clicked into place.
• Insert the grater (D), turn it clockwise until sits securely.
• Mount the protective cover (C) and fasten the locking clamps
(J).
• Put the residue container (I) under the residue spout (G), then set
the juice cup (L) under the juice spout (F).

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
• This appliance is equipped with a safety system. If the cover (C) is
not correctly in place or the locking clamps (J) unfastened, the
appliance will not function.
• Before plugging make sure the switch is OFF and the locking
clamps are fastened correctly.
• Cut fruits into small pieces so as to be fitted into the feeding
funnel (2).
• Place a glass or jug under the spout (F).
• Put the residue container (I) under the residue spout (G).
• Switch ON the appliance.
• Feed the pre-prepared fruits and vegetables into the juice
extractor and press down gently with the plunger (A).
• The motor must always be running when fruits or vegetables are
fed into the appliance.
• Fruits or vegetables can be fed in continually without stopping
the appliance.
• To empty the residue container (I): stop the appliance, hold the
container by the handle and pull outwards. To put the container
back in place, reverse the operation.
• The grater and filter unit (D) must be replaced as soon as there
are any signs of damage or wear and tear.
COMMENTS
• This appliance is designed to extract a small quantity of juice.
• Fruit and vegetables of different types can be processed without
cleaning the appliance after reach operation. The flavour will not
mix.
• The natural juices must be drunk immediately after their
preparation for maximum flavour and vitamin benefit. However, if
you wish to keep the juice for several hours, lemon juice must be
added as a natural preservative.

WARNING
• Do not press bananas, peaches, apricots, etc… as those fruits do
not contain any juice.
• Do not press coconuts or hard fruits as this can damage the
motor and the filter.
• Peel oranges, lemons, grapefruit, melons, pineapples etc. Also
remove the stones from the fruit before inserting them in the juice
extractor.
CLEANING
• Stop the juice extractor and unplug the appliance.
• Open the locking clamps
• Remove the protective cover and the separator unit as well as
the grater and filter unit.
• Remove the pulp from the residue container and protective
cover and wash both parts.
• Wash the grater and filter unit in water using a soft brush.
• To clean the outside of the motor unit, use a damp sponge.
• Never clean the grater and filter unit in a dishwasher.
• Never use bleach or a souring pad.
• This unit must not be immersed in water. Never put any part of this
appliance in the dishwasher.

INFORMACIÓN SOBRE EL ENCHUFE POLARIZADO
