Introduction
Congratulations on the purchase of your Kaiser Baas Keyboard BT-220. This user guide will help you to pair your BT-220 to your computer or Bluetooth enabled device.

Connecting the BT-220 to Windows
If your computer is not Bluetooth enabled, please install the provided Bluetooth USB receiver to connect to Bluetooth devices ---
1. Connect the Bluetooth receiver to a spare USB port on your computer.
2. Windows will detect the Bluetooth receiver and the necessary drivers will be automatically installed.
The Bluetooth receiver is compatible with computers running Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 only.
Insert the provided AAA batteries into the BT-220 and slide the power switch underneath the keyboard to the on position.
To pair the keyboard, press and hold the ID button until you see the green LED continually flashing.
To add a Bluetooth device, click ‘Start’ > ‘Control Panel’ > ‘Hardware and Sound’ > ‘Add a Bluetooth device’.
Windows will detect the keyboard as a ‘Bluetooth Keyboard’.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete connection.
The green LED will stop flashing when connected.
Connecting the BT-220 to your Mac
Insert the provided AAA batteries into the BT-220 and slide the power switch underneath the keyboard to the on position.
To pair the BT-220, press and hold the ID button until you see the green LED continually flashing.
Make sure that Bluetooth on your Mac is turned on. Open ‘System Preferences’ then select ‘Bluetooth’ from the ‘View’ menu. Select the ‘On’ checkbox.
To set up the keyboard, click ‘Set Up New Device’ and follow the on-screen instructions.
The green LED will stop flashing when connected.
Connecting the BT-220 to an Apple device
The following instructions are for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.
Tap the ‘Settings’ icon on the home screen then tap ‘General’.
Tap ‘Bluetooth’ and select ‘ON’.
To pair the BT-220, press and hold the ID button until you see the green LED continually flashing.
This will allow the keyboard to be detected.
Your Apple device will detect the keyboard as a ‘Bluetooth Keyboard’.
Select ‘Bluetooth Keyboard’ and then enter the pin code displayed on-screen.
When the code has been verified, the keyboard will connect to your Apple device and the green LED will stop flashing.
*Please note; some functions of the keyboard are not compatible with your Apple device.
Connecting the BT-220 to an Android device
The following instructions are for Android phones and tablets. Your Android phone or tablet must support HID devices. Refer to the user manual included with your device.
To pair the BT-220, press and hold the ID button until you see the green LED continually flashing.
Tap the ‘Applications’ icon on your home screen, then tap ‘Settings’.
Tap ‘Wireless and network’, tap ‘Bluetooth settings’ and tap ‘Scan devices’.
Your Android device will detect the keyboard as a ‘Bluetooth Keyboard’.
Select ‘Bluetooth Keyboard’. You will see a ‘Bluetooth pairing request’ message on-screen.
Enter 0000 or 1234, tap the ‘OK’ button and type the same pair code on the keyboard, then press the ‘Enter’ key.
When the code has been verified, the keyboard will connect to your Android device and the green LED will stop flashing.
*Please note; some functions of the keyboard are not compatible with your Android device.

1. LED will rapidly flash when in pair mode; it will stop flashing when the keyboard has paired with your Bluetooth device.
2. LED will turn green when the battery has fully charged.
3. LED will turn red when the battery is charging.

The touchpad is used for mouse navigation including the left and right click buttons. You can also single tap and double tap the touchpad to simulate a single click and double click of the left button.

Second functions are available for Num Lock, Caps Lock, Print Screen and Function keys by pressing and holding the FN key and then the corresponding function available on the other keys.
