INSTRUCTIONS
SPECIFICATIONS: 6 ft. (1.8 m) AWG 16/3 SJTW power cord. ELECTRICAL RATINGS: 13A/125V/1625W/60Hz.
Installation:
1. Connect the two pieces of the yard stake together by screwing Lower Stake (C) into Upper Stake (B).
2. Attach the assembled \ stake to the Body (A) by screwing the top of Upper Stake (B) into the base of the Body. Be sure to firmly tighten the stake to the body before installing into the ground.
3. Insert the Stake 6” into the ground.
Operating Instructions
The 6-Outlet Remote Control Grounded Stake can be operated via the included Remote Control from up to 60ft away.

Manual on/off Ensure the switch is in I position. Press Manual button located on the rear of body to turn all outlets on, press the button again to turn all outlets off. **The Manual button is available if the Remote control unit is absence.
Remote Control
Rotate the dial on the timer while pressing the ENTER button to select one of the following settings:
SELECT DESCRIPT OFF Power Off ON Power On Sensor On automatically at dusk and off at dawn 2 Hrs On at dusk, On for 2 hours, then Off 4 Hrs On at dusk, On for 4 hours, then Off 6 Hrs On at dusk, On for 6 hours, then Off 8 Hrs On at dusk, On for 8 hours, then Off

Battery replacement
• Remove the Battery compartment cover from the back of the remote control by sliding the cover in the direction that its treads curve.
• Remove the spent battery and place a new DC 12V Type A23 battery into the battery compartment, correctly observing the polarity indications (+/−) inside the battery compartment.
• Replace the battery compartment cover.

• If using an outdoor-use cord set for an extended period of time (greater than 90 days) please consider hard wiring a permanent outdoor-use receptacle rated for year-round use in the area that power is needed. Please contact a Licensed electrician for proper installation of permanent wiring.
• After completion of installation, the connector shall be maintained a minimum of 6 inches above ground.
• For temporary outdoor use - not to exceed 90 days; store indoors after use. This is not a surge protector. Do not overload the outlet (maximum: 13 amp, 1625 watts). Be sure to plug the power strip into a 125 volt GFCI rated receptacle. Do not coil the power cord when in service. Never use frayed or damaged cord.
• SUITABLE FOR INDOOR/OUTDOOR USE – STORE INDOORS WHILE NOT IN USE.
• PLUG INTO GROUND FAULT PROTECTED RECEPTACLE ONLY.

• Follow the battery manufacturer’s safety and usage instructions.
• Insert the battery observing the proper polarity (+/−) as indicated inside the battery compartment. CAUTION: Failure to properly align the battery polarity can cause personal injury and / or property damage.
• Remove a spent or discharged battery from the product. Remove the battery when not using the product for an extended period.
• Never throw batteries into a fire. Do not expose batteries to fire or other heat sources.
• Dispose or recycle spent/discharged batteries in compliance with all applicable laws. For detailed information, contact your local solid waste authority.
• Battery contains mercury. Do not put in trash. Recycle or manage as hazardous waste.
Trouble Shooting
• The receiver doesn’t turn on- Make sure the AC power cord is securely plugged into an AC power outlet. Unplug the unit for a moment, and then plug it back in again. Check the outlet by plugging in another device.
• The remote doesn’t work- Make sure the battery is fresh. Make sure the transmitter and the receivers are set to the same channel. Stand closer to the receiver, the range should be up to 60 ft. (18.2 m). Doors or walls will reduce the remote distance.
