A. Wichtige Hinweise:
Die Schlossmechanik läuft leichtgängig. Gewaltanwendung, insbesondere beim Einführen
•
des Umstellaktivators, ist zu vermeiden.
Die Verwendung eines falschen Umstellaktivators (z.B. Aktivator für 4 Scheiben-Kombinati-
•
onen bei 3 Scheiben-Kombinationen oder umgekehrt) kann zu Schäden am Schloss führen.
Das Schloss darf nicht gefettet werden.
•
Das Schloss darf nur von Fachpersonal eingebaut werden. Bei Manipulationen an Schloss-
•
teilen erlischt jeglicher Gewährleistungsanspruch.
Sicherheitshinweis: Werkscode sofort umstellen. Keine persönlichen Daten wie z.B. Ge-
•
burtstage oder Telefonnummern als Code verwenden. Code sicher aufbewahren.
Drehen Sie den Zahlenknopf stets langsam. Sie dür-
•
fen beliebig oft anhalten. Stoppen Sie bei der jeweils
letzten Umdrehung, wenn die entsprechende Geheimzahl exakt unter der Öffnungsmarke steht. Falls Sie zu
weit gedreht haben, kann dieser Fehler nicht durch
Zurückdrehen korrigiert werden. In diesem Fall müssen
Sie den ganzen Einstellvorgang neu beginnen.

B. Öffnen des Schlosses (Öffnungsmarke benutzen):
Das Schloss ist auf 10 – 20 – 30 – 40 eingestellt (wurde vom Tresorhersteller ein anderer
Code eingestellt, so ist dieser dem Kunden mitzuteilen):
5 x Zahlenknopf nach RECHTS drehen, bis die 1. Zahl “10” zum 5. Mal exakt
unter der Öffnungsmarke steht.
4 x Zahlenknopf nach LINKS drehen, bis die 2. Zahl “20” zum 4. Mal exakt
unter der Öffnungsmarke steht.
3 x Zahlenknopf nach RECHTS drehen, bis die 3. Zahl “30” zum 3. Mal exakt
unter der Öffnungsmarke steht.
2 x Zahlenknopf nach LINKS drehen, bis die 4. Zahl “40” zum 2. Mal exakt
unter der Öffnungsmarke steht.
Zahlenknopf nach RECHTS bis zum Anschlag drehen. Unter der Öffnungs marke steht dann eine Zahl zwischen 90 und 0, und das Schloss ist offen.
C. Verschließen des Schlosses:
Drehen Sie den Zahlenknopf mindestens 5 Umdrehungen nach LINKS.
D. Umstellen auf neue Geheimzahlen (Umstellmarke benutzen):
Vor dem Einstellen einer neuen Kombination öffnen Sie die Tresortür und verschließen das

Schloss (Riegel ausfahren). Dann stellen Sie die alten Geheimzahlen auf die Umstellmarke,
zum Beispiel 10 – 20 – 30 – 40 (bei anderem Code die entsprechenden Zahlen verwenden).
5 x RECHTS bis die “10” exakt unter der Umstellmarke steht
4 x LINKS bis die “20” exakt unter der Umstellmarke steht
3 x RECHTS bis die “30” exakt unter der Umstellmarke steht und
2 x LINKS bis die “40” exakt unter der Umstellmarke steht.

Jetzt führen Sie den Umstellaktivator mit dem langen Teil vorsichtig bis zum Anschlag in die
Aktivatoröffnung an der Tür-Innenseite ein und drehen den Aktivator ca. 90° RECHTS herum
bis zum Anschlag.
Bei Verwendung des Umstellaufklebers (Abb. 3) sind die Positionen des Umstellaktivators einfach zu erkennen. Falls sich der Umstellaktivator nicht drehen lässt, ist bei obiger Einstellung
ein Fehler gemacht worden. Entnehmen Sie den Umstellaktivator und beginnen den Einstellvorgang auf die Umstellmarke von vorne. Wenden Sie keine Gewalt an!
Nach Drehung des Umstellaktivators bis zum Anschlag, können Sie am Zahlenknopf eine
neue Kombination einstellen. Die Zahlen der neuen Kombination sollten mindestens 4 Ziffern
auseinander liegen. Die 4. Zahl muss größer als 20 sein!
5 x Zahlenknopf nach RECHTS drehen, bis die 1. Zahl zum 5. Mal exakt unter
der Umstellmarke steht.
4 x Zahlenknopf nach LINKS drehen, bis die 2. Zahl zum 4. Mal exakt unter
der Umstellmarke steht.
3 x Zahlenknopf nach RECHTS drehen, bis die 3. Zahl zum 3. Mal exakt unter
der Umstellmarke steht.
2 x Zahlenknopf nach LINKS drehen, bis die 4. Zahl zum 2. Mal exakt unter
der Umstellmarke steht.
Falls zu weit gedreht wurde, korrigieren Sie diesen Fehler nicht durch Zurückdrehen, sondern
beginnen den Einstellvorgang von vorne.
Nachdem der Code richtig eingestellt wurde, drehen Sie den Umstellaktivator ca. 90° nach
LINKS bis zum Anschlag zurück und ziehen den Aktivator dann vorsichtig aus dem Schloss.
Das Schloss ist jetzt auf die neue Kombination eingestellt.
Prüfen Sie bei offener Tür mehrmals das einwandfreie Öffnen des Schlosses!

A. Important information:
The locking mechanism works smoothly. No force should be applied - particularly when
•
inserting the change activator into the lock.
Using a wrong change activator with the lock (e.g. use of activator of 4 wheel combination
•
lock for 3 wheel combination lock or vice versa) can result in damage to the lock.
The lock must not be lubricated.
•
The lock may only be installed by specialist personnel. Manipulation of any lock parts will
•
lead to invalidation of any warranty claims.
Security advice: Alter the factory-set combination immediately to your own personal code.
•
Do not use any personal or other similarly well known data (for example birthdays or telephone numbers) when selecting this code. Keep the code in a safe place.
Always turn the dial slowly and carefully. You can stop
•
the turning as often as you want to. Stop the last turn
when the code is exactly lined-up on the Opening
Index. If you turn past a number in the combination
while dialing, do not turn the dial backwards. You must
redial the entire combination.

B. Opening the lock - using the Opening Index:
The lock comes with the factory-set combination 10 – 20 – 30 – 40 (if the safe producer has
set a different code, the customer has to be informed):
5 x Turn the dial RIGHT passing the fi rst number in the combination “10”
four times. Then stop exactly on the number “10” the fi fth time.
4 x Turn the dial LEFT passing the next number in the combination “20”
three times. Then stop exactly on the number “20” the fourth time.
3 x Turn the dial RIGHT passing the next number in the combination “30”
two times. Then stop exactly on the number “30” the third time.
2 x Turn the dial LEFT passing the last number in the combination “40”
one time. Then stop exactly on the number “40” the second time.
Turn the dial to the RIGHT to open the lock. The lock bolt is fully
retraced when the dial no longer turns right.
C. Locking the lock:
To lock the combination lock, turn the dial fi ve complete rotations to the LEFT.
D. Change the combination - using the Changing Index:
To change the combination, you must fi rst open the safe door and lock the lock (bolt fully

extended). Dial the existing combination using the Changing Index, e.g. 10 – 20 – 30 – 40 (if
another code is chosen, dial the corresponding numbers).
5 x turn the dial RIGHT until “10” is exactly lined-up on the Changing Index
4 x turn the dial LEFT until “20” is exactly lined-up on the Changing Index
3 x turn the dial RIGHT until “30” is exactly lined-up on the Changing Index and
2 x turn the dial LEFT until “40” is exactly lined-up on the Changing Index.

Insert the change activator with the long side into the activator hole at the inner door. Turn the
change activator approx. 90° to the RIGHT until it stops.
If the change label (see Fig. 3) is used, the positions of the change activator are easy to recognize. If the change activator cannot be turned, a mistake was made in entering the code on
the Changing Index. Remove the change activator and redial the existing combination using
the Changing Index. Do not apply any force!
After turning the change activator until it stops, a new combination can be set. The numbers of
the new combination should be at least 4 increments apart from each other. The 4th number
must be higher than 20!
5 x Turn the dial RIGHT passing the fi rst number in the combination
“10” four times. Then stop exactly on the number “10” the fi fth time.
4 x Turn the dial LEFT passing the next number in the combination “20”
three times. Then stop exactly on the number “20” the fourth time.
3 x Turn the dial RIGHT passing the next number in the combination “30”
two times. Then stop exactly on the number “30” the third time.
2 x Turn the dial LEFT passing the last number in the combination “40”
one time. Then stop exactly on the number “40” the second time.
If you dial past the number where you were supposed to stop, you cannot reverse the dial to
correct. The opening procedure must be repeated from the beginning.
After the code has been set, turn the change activator approx. 90° to the LEFT until it stops
and remove the change activator. The new combination has been set.
To test, dial the new combination using the Opening Index. Always perform this test with
the safe door open! Test several times before closing the safe door.
