SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

AUFBAU & FUNKTION

WARTUNG

BESTANDTEILE

Zunächst Sichtprüfung vornehmen, ob alle Teile vorhanden und in Ordnung sind.

1 FUSSKREUZ - 2 GASFEDERSÄULE - 3 POLSTERSITZ
ZUSAMMENBAU

4 Fußkreuz auf den Boden legen
5 Gasfedersäule mit dem dicken Ende voran in das Fußkreuz stecken
6 Polstersitz mit dem Stutzen voran auf den Zapfen der Gasfedersäule schieben
7 Vorsichtig auf dem Polster Platz nehmen, bis die Teile spielfrei ineinander stecken.

7 Zur Probe den Sitz kurz anheben, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Teile fest sitzen.

8.8 MODUS der FUSSROLLEN EINSTELLEN

8.8 ROLLMODUS - ist der Normalzustand

8.1 - wird gesichert, indem der hellgraue Stellring bis zum Anschlag

8.1 - nach links gedreht wird: der Pfeil zeigt auf das Quadratsymbol ■

8.8.STANDMODUS - kann herbeigeführt werden

8.2 - dazu muss der hellgraue Stellring bis zum Anschlag nach rechts

8.2 - gedreht werden: der Pfeil zeigt nun auf das Kreissymbol ●

8.2 - zusätzlich muss der Hocker mit mind. 25 kg (cirka) belastet sein;

8.2 - bei geringeren Lasten besteht automatisch Rollmodus

Was heißt das für die Praxis?

Nun, STANDMODUS bedeutet, dass der darauf Sitzende während seines
Vortrages nicht davonrollt. Nach der Show kann der Hocker dann von der
Bühne gefahren werden ohne erst an den Rollen herumfummeln zu müssen.

HÖHENVERSTELLUNG

- Auf den Hocker setzen und Körpergewicht mit den Füssen abstützen

-19 Griff nach oben drücken

-10 Je nach Körpereinsatz fährt der Sitz jetzt ein oder aus.

-10 Sobald die gewünschte Sitzhöhe erreicht ist, den Griff wieder loslassen.

- Auf geeigneten, tragfähigen und ebenen Untergrund achten.

- Im entlasteten Zustand bzw. bei Lasten < 25 kg befindet sich der Hocker automatisch

- im rollfähigen Zustand. Produkt ggf. gegen Wegrollen sichern.

- Bühnenhocker nicht als Steighilfe benutzen

- Die Möglichkeit am Produkt diverse Einstellungen zu ändern (Höhe, Rollenmodus)

- birgt naturgemäß Einklemmgefahren. Umsichtige Handhabung ist daher unverzichtbar.

- Hocker beim Transport gleichzeitig an Sitz und Fußkreuz halten.

- Die Fußrollen sind aus hochwertigem Material und werden mit Erfolg bereits vielfach

- eingesetzt. Gleichwohl können bei besonders empfindlichen Böden (z.B. bestimmte

- Parkette) Wechselwirkungen nicht vollkommen ausgeschlossen werden.

- Ggf. raten wir zu einer rutschfesten Unterlage.

- Gewünschter Modus ist durch einfachen Dreh an den Fußrollen voreinstellbar

- Im "unbesetzten" Zustand befindet sich der Hocker stets im transportfreundlichen Rollmodus

DEMONTAGE

in die 3 Bestandteile

- am besten mit 2 Personen arbeiten

11 Hocker umdrehen und auf dem

11 Sitzpolster abstellen

12 Hocker am Fußkreuz halten

12 und vom Boden abheben

13 Mit Kunststoffhammer einen

13 kräftigen Schlag auf die Unter-
13 seite der Gasfeder geben, so
13 dass diese sich aus dem
13 Fußkreuz löst

14 Gasfeder wieder etwas

14 anheben und auf die
14 Metallplatte des Sitzes
14 erneut einen festen Schlag
14 mit dem Kunststoffhammer
14 tätigen, bis sich der Sitz löst.

F: Bühnenhocker B: Untergrund prüfen bzw. in Ordnung bringen

F: steht wackelig B: Steckverbindungen auf Festsitz prüfen

F: Sitz fährt nicht ein/aus B: Person zu leicht bzw. Bügel zu wenig betätigt

First conduct a visual inspection to ensure that all the parts are included and are in working
order.

1 CASTERED BASE - 2 PNEUMATIC SPRING - 3 UPHOLSTERED SEAT
ASSEMBLY

4 Place the castered base on the floor
5 Place the thicker end of pneumatic column into the castered base
6 Place the seat cushion with on the pin of the pneumatic column
7 Carefully sit on the seat cushion, until the parts click into place.

7 To check, lift up the seat to ensure that the parts are properly connected.

8.8 CASTER MODE ADJUSTMENT SETTING

8.8 ROLL MODE - is the standard mode

8.1 - is secured, by turning the light gray adjustment right as far as it will go to the left

8.1 - the arrow points to the square symbol ■

8.8.STAND MODE - can be adjusted by

8.2 - turning the light gray adjustment ring as far as it will go to the right

8.2 - the arrow points to the circle symbol ●

8.2 - in addition the stool must have a load of at least 25 kg (approx.);

8.2 - The roll mode is standard for loads of less than 25 kg

What does this mean for everyday use?

The STAND MODE means that the individual sitting on the stool won't roll
away during a presentation. After the show the stool can be rolled off the stage without
having to adjust the settings.

HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

- Sit on the stool and support your body weight with your feet

-19 Pull the lever upwards

-10 Depending on the pressure the seat telescope goes up or down.

-10 Once the desired seat height is reached, let go of the lever.

- Be sure that the surface is suitable, sturdy and level

- Without a load i.e. loads < 25 kg the stool is automatically in the roll

- mode. The product is to be secured from possibly rolling away.

- The stage stool is not to be used as a ladder

- The option to adjust various settings on the product (height, roll mode)

- can result in the risk of pinching/wedging of ones fingers. Careful and attentive

- handling during setup, operation, and disassembly is indispensable.

- During transport hold on to the seat and the castered base at the same time

- The casters are made of high quality material and have been successfully used in

- various settings. In the case of particularly delicate floors (possibly certain wood floor

- types)interactions cannot be completely excluded. If needed, a slip resistant pad should be used.

DISASSEMBLY

in to the three components

11 Place the stool upside down on

13 spring, so that it is removed from
13 the castered base

14 Lift up the pneumatic spring and

14 hit the metal plate of the seat
14 with the rubber mallet, until
14 the seat comes off.
