REPLACEMENT OF MEMORY ICs
1. MEMORY ICs
Thi s mod el u ses memor y ICs. This memo ry IC da ta are f or pr oper oper a tion of th e vide o and deflect ion circuits.
When replacing me mory ICs, b e su re to us e ICs wr itten with t he initi al va lues of data.
2. PROCEDURE FOR REPLACING MEMORY ICs
(1) Power off
Switch the pow er of f an d di sconnect t he powe r plu g f rom t he wal l out let.
(2) Replace ICs
Be sure to use memory ICs written with the initial data values.
(3) Power on
Connect the p ower plug int o the wal l outlet and sw itch t he power on .
(4) Check and set SY STEM CO NSTAN T SET
・・・・ It must not adjust w ithout adj ustment signa ls.
1) Press the DISPL AY key a nd the PICTURE MODE key of the REMOTE
CONTROL UNIT simultaneously.
2) The SERVICE MENU screen of Fig. 1 will be displayed.
3) Whil e the SERVICE MENU is dis play ed , again pr ess t he DI SPLAY key a nd
PICTURE MODE key simultaneously, and the S YSTEM CONSTANT SET
screen of Fi g. 2 will b e displa yed.
4) Check the s etti n g val ue s of the S YSTE M CONST ANT SET o f T able 1 If the
val u e is di ffe re nt, s elect the sett i ng it em with the MENU ▼/▲key, and set
th e correct val u e with the MENU - / + k ey.
5) Press the DI SPLA Y ke y tw ic e, and r etu rn to th e n ormal scr ee n.
(5) Receive channel of setting
Refe r to th e OPE RATI NG INST RUCTIONS an d s et th e r ece i ve c ha nn els
(chan ne ls prese t) as desc ribe d
(6) User Setting
Check the us er s ettin g v alue of Tab l e 2, a nd if setti ng val ue is di f fer en t, set
th e correct val u e.
For setting, ref er to the OPERATING IN STRUC TIO NS.
(7) Setting of SERVICE MENU
Ve rif y the set ting it ems of th e SER VICE M EN U, and reset whe re necessa r y.
For setting, ref er to the SE RVICE ADJUSTMENTS.

th at of t he RM-C36 4GY & RM -C364 remot e control unit, the functions of bo th
un its ar e th e same S o pleas e use th e at tac h ed d iagra m f or th e RM-C90
remote control unit for the RM-C36 4GY & RM-C364.
