Dieser Vorsatz für den Systemantrieb ist zum Zerkleinern
von Fleisch, Gemüse, Obst, Brot und vielen weiteren Lebensmitteln in haushaltsüblichen Mengen im Haushalt
oder in haushaltsähnlichen,
nichtgewerblichen Anwen-
dungen bestimmt.
Haushaltsähnliche Anwendungen umfassen z. B. die
Verwendung in Mitarbeiterküchen von Läden, Büros,
landwirtschaftlichen und anderen gewerblichen Betrieben,
kleinen Hotels und ähnlichen Wohneinrichtungen. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur für haushaltübliche Verarbeitungsmengen und -zeiten. Das Gerät ist wartungsfrei.
Diese Gebrauchsanleitung ist nur zusammen mit der
Gebrauchsanleitung des zugehörigen Systemantriebs

VORSICHT
Verletzungsgefahr durch rotierende Teile!
• Nicht bei laufendem Motor in den Vorsatz greifen.
• Führen Sie das Schneidgut niemals von Hand zu. Ver-
wenden Sie immer den Stopfer A.
• Der Universalwolf-Vorsatz darf nur komplett montiert, mit
aufgeschraubtem Verschlussring G, betrieben werden.
• Kinder dürfen das Gerät nicht benutzen. Auch nicht zum
Spielen.
• Dieses Gerät kann von Personen mit eingeschränkten
physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten
oder einem Mangel an Erfahrung und/oder Wissen verwendet werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt werden oder
bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Geräts unterwiesen wurden und die daraus resultierenden Gefahren
verstanden haben.
• Reparaturen am Gerät dürfen nur durch den JUPITER-
Kundendienst ausgeführt werden.

Demontage
Schrauben Sie den Verschlussring G gegen den Uhrzeigersinn vom Gehäuse C ab und entnehmen Sie die Lochscheibe F, das Messer E und die Schnecke D.
TIPP: Drücken Sie zum Entfernen der Schnecke aus dem
Gehäuse von hinten auf die Kunststoffkupplung.

1 Schieben Sie die Schnecke D, mit der Kunststoffkupp-
lung voran, bis zum Anschlag in das Gehäuse C.

2 Setzen Sie das Messer E, mit der glatten Schneidseite
nach außen (Beschriftung lesbar), auf den Vierkant der
Schnecke.
3 Setzen Sie die gewünschte Lochscheibe F auf die Achse
der Schnecke.
WICHTIG: Die Nut der Lochscheibe muss nach unten
zeigen und auf der Nase im Gehäuse sitzen! Siehe Detail X.
INFO: Die Lochscheibe kann beidseitig verwendet wer-
den.
4 Schrauben Sie den Verschlussring G im Uhrzeigersinn
auf das Gehäuse und ziehen ihn von Hand an.
5 Stecken Sie den Einfülltrichter B auf das Gehäuse auf.
TIPP: Stecken Sie den Einfülltrichter am besten erst auf,
nachdem Sie den Vorsatz auf den Systemantrieb aufgesetzt haben.

Lebensmittel verarbeiten
VORSICHT
Verletzungsgefahr durch rotierende Teile!
• Nicht bei laufendem Motor in den Vorsatz greifen.
• Führen Sie das Schneidgut niemals von Hand zu. Ver-
wenden Sie immer den Stopfer A.
• Der Universalwolf-Vorsatz darf nur komplett montiert, mit
aufgeschraubtem Verschlussring G, betrieben werden.
• Vor dem ersten Gebrauch reinigen Sie alle Bestandteile
des Vorsatzes gründlich (siehe Abschnitt
Reinigung).
• Bedienung des Systemantrieb siehe Gebrauchsanleitung
Systemantrieb.
• Füllen Sie das zu verarbeitende Lebensmittel portions-
weise in die Einfüllöffnung des Vorsatzes ein. Schieben
Sie mit dem Stopfer A nach.
INFO: Übermäßiges Stopfen beschleunigt nicht die Ver-
arbeitung.
Reinigung
HINWEIS Beschädigung durch Spülmaschine!
Vorsätze sind nicht spülmaschinengeeignet. Reinigen Sie
die Vorsätze nur mit lauwarmem Wasser und Spülmittel.
• Nehmen Sie den Vorsatz vor dem Reinigen vom Syste-
mantrieb ab.
• Demontieren Sie den Universalwolf-Vorsatz und reini-
gen Sie ihn mit lauwarmem Wasser und Spülmittel.
• Reinigen Sie Messer und Lochscheibe getrennt und las-
sen Sie diese gut trocknen.
• Reiben Sie Messer und Lochscheibe mit etwas Speiseöl
oder -fett ein.
Aufbewahrung
Bewahren Sie das Gerät in der Originalverpackung, trocken, staubfrei, kühl und für Kinder unzugänglich auf.

This attachment for the drive unit is intended for mincing meat, vegetables, fruit, bread and many other foods in
normal domestic quantities in a domestic environment or
in domestic-like
non-commercial applications.
Domestic-like applications include, for example, use in
staff break rooms in shops, offices, agricultural and other
commercial businesses, small hotels and similar residential facilities. Only use the appliance for normal domestic
processing quantities and periods of time. The appliance is
maintenance-free.
These operating instructions are only valid when used
in conjunction with the operating instructions of the
associated drive unit.

CAUTION Rotating parts can cause injury!
• Never put your hand into the attachment when the mo-
tor is running.
• Never insert the food to be processed into the appliance
by hand. Always use the pusher A.
• The universal mincer attachment may only be operated
when it is completely assembled and the sealing ring G
is screwed on tight.
• Children should not use the appliance. They should not
play with it either.
• This appliance may be used by persons with physical,
sensory or mental disabilities, or by those who lack experience and/or knowledge, if they are supervised or
have been instructed in the safe use of the appliance
and have understood the dangers involved.
• The appliance may only be repaired by JUPITER cus-
tomer service.

Disassembly
Unscrew the sealing ring G counter-clockwise from the
housing C and remove the perforated disc F, the blade E
and the screw D.
TIP: To remove the screw from the housing, press from
behind on the plastic connector.

1 Push the screw D, leading with the plastic connector,
into the housing C until it reaches the end stop.
2 Set the blade E, with the smooth cutting side outwards
(inscription legible), on the square end of the screw.

3 Position the desired perforated disc F on the axle of the
screw.
IMPORTANT: The notch of the perforated disc must
point downwards and sit over the small raised area in
the housing! See detail

INFO: Both sides of the perforated disc can be used.
4 Screw the sealing ring G clockwise onto the housing
and tighten by hand.
5 Attach the filling hopper B onto the housing.
TIP: It is better not to attach the filling hopper until after
the attachment is fitted to the drive unit.

Processing ingredients
CAUTION Rotating parts can cause injury!

by hand. Always use the pusher A.
• The universal mincer attachment may only be operated
when it is completely assembled and the sealing ring G
is screwed on tight.
• Before using for the first time, thoroughly clean all parts
of the attachment (see section
Cleaning).
• To operate the drive unit, see the operating instructions
for the Drive Unit.
• Insert the ingredients to be processed into the filling
opening of the attachment in portions. Push them down
using the pusher A.
INFO: Excessive pushing does not speed the process up.
Cleaning
NOTE Dishwasher can cause damage!
Attachments are not dishwasher-safe. Only clean the attachments using lukewarm water and washing-up liquid.
• Remove the attachment from the drive unit before
cleaning.
• Disassemble the universal mincer attachment and clean
it with lukewarm water and washing-up liquid.
• Clean the blade and perforated disc separately and al-
low to dry thoroughly.
• Rub a little cooking oil or fat onto the blade and per-
forated disc.
Storage
Store the appliance in its original packaging, in a dry, dustfree and cool place that is out of reach of children.

de la bague de verrouillage G.
• Les enfants ne doivent pas utiliser l'appareil. Même
pour jouer.
• Cet appareil ne peut être utilisé par des personnes
souffrant de capacités physiques, sensorielles ou mentales déficientes, ou manquant d’expérience et/ou de
connaissance que sous surveillance ou après avoir reçu
les instructions nécessaires sur l’appareil et compris les

Démontage
Dévissez (tournez dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une
montre) la bague de verrouillage G du boîtier C et retirez le
disque perforé F, le couteau E et la vis sans fin D.
ASTUCE : pour retirer la vis sans fin du boîtier, exercez une
pression par l'arrière sur le couplage en plastique.

1 Poussez jusqu'en butée la vis sans fin D – en plaçant le
couplage en plastique en premier – dans le boîtier C.
2 Positionnez le couteau E, face tranchante lisse vers l'exté-
rieur (inscription lisible), sur la tête carrée de la vis sans fin.
