This light device has been tested and found to comply with the limits for Consumer
RF Lighting device, pursuant to Part 18 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed
to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential
installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy
and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful
interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that
interference will not occur in a particular installation.
1 Use only on 120V/60Hz.
2 Never disassemble or modify-any changes could void the user’ authority to
operate this device.
3 Not for use in totally enclosed recessed fixtures.
4 Risk of electric shock-do not use with where directly exposed to weather.
5 This device is not intended for use with emergency exit fixtures or emergency
exit lights.
6 This product may cause interference to radio equipment and should not be
installed near maritime safety communications equipment or other critical
navigation or communication equipment operating between 0.45-30MHz.
7 To prevent burns, do not touch the bulb burning operation or immediately after
switching off.
8 Not for use with dimmers, electronic timer or photocell devices or occupancy
sensor.
9 It does not start up when placed below -15℃.

top of the lamp holder does not exceed three (3) times minimum base width.
