This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in USA and Canada, and does not extend to any unit s which have been used in violation of written instructionsfurnishedbymanufacturerortounitswhichhavebeenalteredormodifiedor,todamaged products or parts thereof which have had the serial number removed, altered, defaced or rendered illegible.

The repaired or replaceme nt product will be in warranty for the balance of the 90 day warranty period and an additional one‐month period. No charge will be applicable for such repair or replacement.
