1.1 Sicherheitshinweise

Allgemein

Lesen Sie diese Anleitung, bevor Sie das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen. Be­wahren Sie die Anleitung an einem für alle Benutzer jederzeit zugäng­lichen Platz auf.

Sollten bei der Inbetriebnahme Schwierigkeiten auftreten, bitten wir
Sie, keine Manipulationen vorzunehmen, die Ihren Gewährleistungs­anspruch gefährden können!

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Das PC-Interface mit USB/SPI-Umsetzer ist für die Konfiguration oder
den Abgleich von Messumformern des Typs 70703x geeignet.

Das Interface ist lediglich für eine zeitlich begrenzte Schnittstellenver­bindung konzipiert. Bitte darauf achten, dass nach dem Setup-Daten­transfer die Schnittstellenverbindung wieder getrennt wird.

1 Laptop oder PC einschalten

2 Mini-CD (1) in das CD-Laufwerk einlegen

➥ Das Installationsprogramm startet mit der Sprachauswahl.

3 Sollte der Autostart nicht funktionieren, die Datei launch.exe auf

der Mini-CD starten
➥ Das Installationsprogramm startet mit der Sprachauswahl.

4 Sprache des Installationsprogramms auswählen

5 Treiber anklicken

➥ Der Treiber wird automatisch installiert.

Schritt Tätigkeit

6 USB-Kabel (2) in die Buchse des Laptop/PC stecken

➥ Das Betriebssystem meldet die neu erkannte Hardware.

7 Gerät über den Adapter (3) mit dem Interface verbinden

➥ Jetzt kann der Anwender über das Setup-Programm eine Verbin-

dung zum Gerät herstellen.

HINWEIS!

Zur Konfiguration muss der Messumformer mit Spannung
versorgt werden. Steht kein Netzgerät (Speisetrenner) zur
Verfügung, kann der Messumformer zur Konfiguration mit
Hilfe einer 9V-Blockbatterie versorgt werden.
Die Setup-Schnittstelle darf nur kurzzeitig (zur Konfigurati­on) verwendet werden. Ein Dauerbetrieb ist nicht gestattet.

1.1 Safety information

General information

Please read this manual before commissioning the device. Keep the
manual in a place accessible to all users at all times.

If difficulties occur during commissioning, please refrain from carrying
out any manipulations that could jeopardize your warranty rights.

Intended Use

The PC interface with USB/SPI converter is suitable for the configura­tion or the calibration of transmitter, type 70703x.

The interface is only designed for a time-limited interface connection.
Please ensure that the interface connection is disconnected after the
setup data transfer.

Step Activity

1 Switch on the laptop or PC

2 Insert the Mini-CD (1) into the CD drive

➥ The installation program starts with the language selection.

3 If installation is not started automatically, start the launch.exe file

on the Mini-CD.

4 Select the language for the installation program

5 Click on the driver

➥ The driver is automatically installed.

6 Connect the USB cable (2) to the laptop/PC socket

➥ The operating system indicates the new hardware detected.

7 Connect the device to the interface via the adapter (3)

➥ Now the user can establish a connection to the device using the set-

up program.

TIP!

For configuration, ensure that voltage is supplied to the
transmitter. If no power pack (isolating amplifier) is avail­able, the transmitter can be supplied for configuration by
means of a 9V monobloc battery.
Only use the setup interface for a short period (for configu­ration). Permanent operation is not permitted.

Si vous rencontrez des difficultés lors de la mise en service, ne procé­dez à aucune manipulation qui pourrait compromettre votre droit à la
garantie !

Utilisation conforme aux prescriptions

L'interface pour PC avec convertisseur USB/SPI est adapté à la confi­guration ou à l'étalonnage de convertisseurs de mesure, type 70703x.

L'interface est seulement conçue pour une connexion limitée dans le
temps. Veillez à ce que la connexion soit à nouveau coupée après le
transfert de données - Setup.

1 Brancher le PC portable ou le PC

2 Insérer le mini-CD (1) dans le lecteur de CD

➥ Le programme d'installation démarre avec le choix de la lan-

gue.

3 Si le démarrage automatique ne fonctionne pas, lancer le fichier

launch.exe qui se trouve sur le mini-CD

4 Sélectionner la langue du programme d'installation

5 Cliquer sur driver

➥ Le driver est installé automatiquement.

➥ Le système d'exploitation signale le matériel détecté.

7 Connecter l'appareil via l'adaptateur (3) avec l'interface

➥ L'utilisateur peut établir une connexion via le logiciel Setup.

REMARQUE !

Pour la configuration, le convertisseur de mesure doit être
mis sous tension. S'il n'y a pas d'alimentation (alimentation
à séparation galvanique) à disposition, le convertisseur de
mesure peut être alimenté avec une pile 9 V.
L'interface Setup ne peut être utilisée que brièvement (pour
la configuration). Un fonctionnement continu n'est pas auto­risé.
