A. Introduction
Thank you for purchasing our steam cleaner, and welcome to the Jumbl™ family. This user manual is meant to offer you a brief walkthrough of the device’s features and usage protocols. B. Important Information
• Please read and comply with all instructions included in this manual
• Use steam cleaner for private household applications only
• Use only appropriate accessories, as described in the operating instructions
• Do not operate appliance in areas of high pressure or explosion risk
• Never use appliance in pools containing water
• Appliance should not be used to clean electrical appliances such as ovens, exhaust fans, microwave ovens, televisions, lamps, hair dryers, electrical heating systems, etc.
• Check that appliance and any accessories are in faultless condition before use
• Do not operate if appliance shows any visible damage
• If power cord is damaged, arrange for repair/replacement by a skilled electrician
• If steam hose is damaged, replace only with manufacturer-recommended part (see spare parts list for item number)
• Never touch power cord or socket with wet hands
• Never use appliance to clean objects containing hazardous substances (e.g. asbestos)
• Never touch hands to steam jet at a short distance
• Never direct steam jet at persons or animals
• Never leave appliance unattended when in use
• Exercise caution while cleaning tiled walls with electrical sockets
• Protect power cable from heat, oil and sharp edges
• Never pour solvents, solvent-containing liquids or undiluted acids (e.g. detergents, benzene, paint thinner, and acetone) into water reservoir
• Keep appliance away from excessive moisture or rain. Do not store outside
Note: Persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities should not operate this appliance, unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or are instructed by these persons in the use of the appliance. Children should be supervised.

E. Operation
Quick Start Guide:
• Press down both Reservoir Release Tabs (#8)
• Remove Water Reservoir (#1) and pull out rubber cover
• Fill Water Reservoir (#1) with water only, and close reservoir cover
• Insert Water Reservoir (#1) into steam cleaner until it clicks
• Plug power cord into any standard wall outlet
• Press the power button and it will light up red
• Allow approximately 15 seconds for heat-up
• Slide Lever Lock (#9) downwards, and depress lever
Attaching Accessories:
• Select the proper attachment for your steaming application
• Align attachment’s grooves with the posts on steam nozzle
• Push in and turn clockwise to secure
Assembling Glass Squeegee (#6):
• Align metal-reinforced squeegee rubber with main attachment arm
• Swing backing plate lip into main attachment arm
• Insert plastic tightening screw cap and turn clockwise until tight
Note: This squeegee IS NOT an attachment, and cannot be connected to the steam cleaner. Use as independent handheld tool.
Removing the Accessories:
• Exercise caution: Hot water may drip from accessory when detaching
• Allow steam cleaner to cool off completely
• Slide Lever Lock (#9) upwards, locking Lever (#2) in place
• Turn attached accessory counterclockwise and gently pull off steam nozzle
Powering on:
Caution: Water Reservoir (#1) must be installed and filled. Do not operate Manual Decalcification Pump (#7) when powered off, as this will pump water into appliance and spurt it out of steam nozzle when connecting the power cord.
• Plug power cord into any standard wall outlet
• Allow approximately 15 seconds for heat-up
• Slide Lever Lock (#9) downwards
• Depress Steam Release Lever (#2) to control steam
Note: During initial startup, steam nozzle may release irregular, moist vapor. This appliance requires a short run-in time of up to 1 minute, after which vapor will be consistent.

Powering Off:
• Release Steam Release Lever (#2)
• Allow a few seconds for the steam discharge to stop
• Slide Lever Lock (#9) upwards, locking Lever (#2) in place
• Unplug power cord
• Coil power cord around Water Reservoir (#1) and fasten with a cable clamp
Using the Attachments:
Cleaning Textiles & Upholstery
Always test reaction of textiles on a small area first: Steam area heavily then allow it to dry. Check for color or shape changes.
Cleaning Coated/Lacquered Surfaces
Exercise caution when cleaning kitchen and living room furniture, doors, parquet, and lacquered or plastic-coated surfaces. Wax, furniture polish, plastic surfaces or paint can come loose or stain easily. Use steamer cloth when cleaning such surfaces.
Caution: Never direct steam jet at glued edges as the edge band may loosen. Do not use steam cleaner on unsealed wooden or parquet floors.
Cleaning Glass Surfaces
In the event of low outside temperatures – especially in the winter – gently warm up windowpane by lightly steaming entire glass surface. This will prevent temperaturerelated tensions, which may otherwise lead to glass breakage.
Caution: Do not direct steam at sealed areas of window frame.
Steam Nozzle
Use steam nozzle without accessories:
• To remove odors and wrinkles from hanging clothes, by steaming them at a distance of 4-8 inches
• To remove dust from plants, by steaming them at a distance of keep a distance of 10-15 inches
• For moist dusting, by briefly steaming a cloth and wiping the furniture with it
Ironing Brush Attachment
• Use with brush attached to remove dust from garments
• Remove brush and use ironing attachment to iron garments
• Hold on to garment with one hand and lightly pull on area being ironed
• With the other hand, move steamer head to and fro
Detail Steamer Attachment
This attachment is especially suited for cleaning difficult access areas, joints, fittings, drains, sinks, toilets, blinds and heaters. The closer it is to application area, the higher the cleaning effect, as temperature and steam are highest right at nozzle output. To clean heavy limescale, drench area in vinegar and allow to penetrate for 5 minutes prior to steam cleaning.
Round Brush Attachment
This attachment can be used to remove heavy soils, but is not suited for the cleaning of sensitive surfaces.
Glass Squeegee Attachment
Gently cleans, wipes and removes streaks from windows, mirrors, glass surfaces in shower, and other smooth surfaces.
• Apply even steam to glass surface with steam nozzle from an 8-10 inch distance
• Strip glass surface in straight lines from top to bottom using squeegee’s rubber lip
• Wipe rubber lip and bottom edge of window dry after each pass
F. Maintenance and Care
Caution: Always disconnect power cord and allow steam cleaner to cool down before performing any maintenance work.
Descaling/Decalcification
As limescale builds up in the appliance with regular use, we recommend following a descaling/ decalcification routine at the following intervals:
Note: Contact your Conservancy Board or the local water supply company to inquire about the hardness of your water. If you always use commercially distilled water it is not necessary to descale the appliance. Caution: Please follow dose instructions on descaling solution packaging. Be careful when filling and emptying steam cleaner, as descaling solution can have adverse effects on delicate surfaces.
Starting the Process:
• Unplug power cord
• Allow steam cleaner to cool down completely
• Disconnect any attached accessories by rotating them counterclockwise
• Press down both Reservoir Release Tabs (#8)
• Remove Water Reservoir (#1) and pull out rubber cover

• Fill Water Reservoir (#1) with decalcification solution
• Close reservoir cover
• Insert Water Reservoir (#1) into steam cleaner until it clicks
• Hold steam cleaner over washbasin
• Repeatedly depress Manual Decalcification Pump (#7) until decalcification solution pours out from open steam nozzle
• Remove Water Reservoir (#1) again, drain and rinse with clear water
• Allow 8 hours for decalcification solution to take effect inside appliance
Rinsing Away Dissolved Limescale:
• Press down both Reservoir Release Tabs (#8)
• Remove Water Reservoir (#1) and pull out rubber cover
• Fill Water Reservoir (#1) with fresh water
• Close reservoir cover
• Insert Water Reservoir (#1) into steam cleaner until it clicks
Caution: DO NOT plug in power cord
• Hold steam cleaner over washbasin
• Repeatedly depress Manual Decalcification Pump (#7) Pump for 1 minute to run water through appliance
• Plug in power cord
• Depress Steam Release Lever (#2) and let water evaporate for two minutes
• Reconnect desired attachment
• Steam cleaner is now ready for use
G. Warranty
The warranty terms published by the relevant sales company are applicable in each country. We will repair potential failures of your appliance within the warranty period free of charge, provided that such failure is caused by faulty material or defects in manufacturing. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact your dealer or the nearest authorized Customer Service center.
H. Troubleshooting
Caution: Always disconnect power cord and allow steam cleaner to cool down before performing any maintenance work.
Low Steam/No Steam:
• Ensure Water Reservoir (#1) is full
• Decalcify appliance
Steam Release Lever (#2) Does Not Depress:
• Check that Steam Release Lever Lock Switch (#9) is in unlocked (down) position
Nozzle Attachment is Plugged:
• Disconnect and clean attachment
• Briefly switch on steam cleaner
• Reconnect attachment and tighten by turning clockwise
• Depress Steam Release Lever (#2) to run steam through attachment
