If you put your own bowl on the scale before

switching it on, the weight of the bowl has been

included and the display will show “0”. You may

then put your items onto the bowl for direct weight

reading.

The maximum weighing capacity of the scale is 5

KG. The display will show “Err” when the scale is

overloaded.

Replace Battery

When “ ” blinks on the display, the

battery must be replaced. The scale requires

2 AAA (1.5V) batteries. The battery compart

-ment is located on the underside of the scale.

To replace the battery, you have to open the

compartment cover and remove the used

battery. Before you replace the new battery

into the compartment, please make sure the

ba

ttery is installed to the correct polarity

(+) / (-). See below:

battery should be disposed through your

electrical dealer or local resource recycling

collection point.
