1. Description
Thank you for purchasing JTECH-WEX-12. J-Tech Digital products offer cost effective AV solutions to any scenario, including security, home, commercial and live applications. The J-Tech Digital® 1x2 Wireless HDMI Extender is the perfect component for any home entertainment system.
This wireless extender allows you to connect one HDMI source and send that signal to two different displays simultaneously, with a purchase of second receiver. Perfect for connecting your media players, a Blu-ray player, or other HDMI source to multiple HD displays.
2. Features
HDMI transmits on 5GHz WIFI frequency, up to 50 meters/164 Feet.
Resolution up to 1920x1080 @ 60 Hz.
Uses H.264 compression and decompression algorithms which effectively improves the
transfer efficiency. This ensures a stable signal.
Able to automatically identify and configure a variety of display modes.
Simple and convenient installation. Transmitter and receiver come paired together, so just
plug and play.

5. Set Up Process
1. Plug in the power supply for the transmitter and receiver. Once the transmitter and
receiver has booted up, you will have a blue static STA light. Once the transmitter and receiver has made a good connection, you will have a blue static LINK light.
2. Connect the source to the HDMI transmitter input port.
3. Connect the HDMI receiver to a display device (such as high-definition TV or projector).
4. Connect the 3.5mm standard IR cable to transmitter” IR OUT “port and receiver “IR IN”
port.
5. Make sure the transmitter and the receiver are placed in the final positions, clear of any
walls.
6. If you see a consistent flashing blue STA light, then data is being transmitted and received
properly.
6. Pairing the transmitter and receiver
1. Plug the power supply into the transmitter.
2. Plug the power supply into the receiver.
3. Connect the 3.5mm audio cable to transmitter and receiver. Please make sure both ends
are firmly in their ports.
4. Once you see the static blue “STA” light, press the receiver’s “RESET” button once, then
press the transmitter “RESET” button once. The “LINK” light should come on and start
flashing showing a connection.
**Pairing process is only necessary when setting up a second receiver
6. Unpairing the transmitter and receiver
1. Plug the power supply into the receiver.
2. Once you see the static blue “STA” light, press the receiver’s “RESET” button and hold until
“STA” turns off. After a few seconds, the “STA” light will come back on. The “LINK” light will remain off, which means the receiver is unpaired.
