Crimp Tool/Crimp-Werkzeug WC – SH 2832

Application/Anwendungsbereich:

SSH-003T-P0.2 AWG 32, 30, 28

Extract the distance
plate by open pliers.

Distanzplatte bei geöffneter
Handzange herausziehen.

Crimp height adjustment/Crimphöheneinstellung:

Release the knurled screw;
remove the dimensional differing
plate for the crimp height
adjustment out of the parking
station.

Rändelschraube lösen;
entsprechende Distanzplatte für
die Höhenverstellung aus der
Aufnahmestation entnehmen.

The crimp height of the tool can be modified by application of exchangeable distance plates:

Die Crimphöhe des Werkzeuges kann durch die auswechselbaren Distanzplatten verändert
werden:

Insert the removed distance plate in
locator until stop. Insert the plate in
parking station and mount it with the
knurled screw.

Distanzplatte bis zum Ende in
Positionierer einschieben. Die nicht
benötigte Distanzplatte in Auf­nahmestation einstecken und
Rändelschraube anziehen.

Remove of the contact strip/Kontaktstreifen entfernen:

- Push forward the strip of contacts (in direction of the
profile) until the shift lever releases.

- Swivel the locking lever (E) in direction of arrow.

- Remove the strip of contacts in direction of arrow.

- Den Kontaktstreifen nach vorne drücken (in Richtung

des Profils) bis der Schalthebel sich löst.

- Entriegelungshebel (E) in Richtung des Pfeils drehen.

- Kontaktstreifen in Richtung des Pfeils entnehmen.

Premature release/vorzeitiges Entriegeln:

In case of mishandling the tool can be opened prematurely:

- Close the grips slightly until the lever is released.

- Turn the stop unit in direction of arrow and open the tool at the
same time.

Das Werkzeug kann bei falscher Handhabung vorzeitig
entriegelt werden:

- Griffe leicht schließen bis der Hebel sich löst.

- Anschlag in Richtung Pfeil drehen und Werkzeug zur gleichen
Zeit öffnen.

Open the tool.

Push in until the locking lever (E) engages with the strip lock and the feed can be effected by yellow
feed lever (G, see picture 7).
The release lever moves automatically in direction of the arrow during the insertion of the strip of
contacts.

Schieben bis der Entriegelungshebel (E) mit der Kontaktstreifenverriegelung einrastet. Der
Vorschub erfolgt durch den gelben Vorschubhebel (G, siehe Foto 7).
Der Entriegelungshebel bewegt sich automatisch in Richtung des Pfeils während des Einlegens des
Kontaktstreifens.

Close the tool.

Effect the insert until contact is in the middle (M)
of the crimping profile.

Kontaktstreifen vorschieben bis Kontakt in der
Mitte vom Crimpprofil liegt (M).

Insert the wire into the wire stop plate (W) until stripping attaches. Please pay attention that
the wire is stripped to the correct length (see processing specification).

Kabel in Wire-Stop-Blech (W) bis Anschlag einlegen. Auf die richtige Abisolierlänge beim
Kabel achten (siehe Verfahrensspezifikation).

Open the tool.

Werkzeug öffnen.

Remove the contact.

Kontakt entnehmen.
