Before using your Joyor scooter for the first time, please read this user manual to guarantee safe assembly and operation. It will
help you stay safe and keep your scooter in good working order.
Before using the scooter for the first time, make sure to also check the instructions for its safe use, maintenance, charging, and
storage.
Save the planet – ride a Joyor scooter to make our cities less congested and polluted.
Joyor scooter is an urban means of transportation that you may want to use on your way to work, school, nearby grocery store, or
any other destination. By leaving your car at home, you help to make our cities better places to live. Before entering traffic, please
practice in a safe area. Please check the local regulations for scooters and helmets and follow the law.

2 IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Joyor electric scooter is a personal transport vehicle and it is designed for one person use only. Please do not carry a passenger
on this electric scooter.
• Joyor electric scooter H1 is designed for adult and children use. Persons under the age of 10 should not use this vehicle.
• Please wear the safety helmet when riding the electric scooter.
• Do not ride the electric scooter on the unsafe surface or off road.
• Please practice on an open traffic-free space on gear level 1 before riding on the bicycle lane.
• Please during the riding operations always keep both hands on the handlebar and both feet on the standing board. Please do
not jump on the standing board.
• Do not turn off the motor power while riding the scooter.
• Do not try to ride over a gap of more than 3 cm. This may cause injury to the rider or damage the vehicle.
• When riding on the rough or bumpy road, please slow down the electric scooter or stop riding the vehicle.
• A user must adjust the height of the handlebar tube according to their height to ensure a safe, stable and comfortable ride.
• Do not ride Joyor electric scooter on slippery surfaces such as oil or ice.
• Do not use Joyor electric scooter in the weather conditions with the temperature below -5Cº.
• Do not leave the product immersed in a water depth of more than 3 cm to avoid damage to the electrical parts of the vehicle.
• Avoid riding the Joyor electric scooter in adverse weather conditions like rain, snow or wind storm to prevent an accident. If
riding in these conditions, never exceed the speed of 10 km/h.
• If the electric scooter is not used for a period of longer than 30 days, regularly charge it at least every 30 days.
• When unfolding the vehicle, please press the folding system handle till it clicks and make sure that it is in place.

3 OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
3.1 Folding/Unfolding
To fold the scooter, follow the steps below:
• Twist off the rotating foldable handlebars.
• Unfasten the folding system knob and fold down the vertical front tube.
• Make sure the horizontal front tube of the handlebar clicks into its place on the rear mudguard.
To unfold the scooter, follow the steps below:
• Unlock the horizontal front tube of the handlebar from its place on the rear mudguard.
• Unfold up the vertical front tube and fasten the folding system knob.
• Place and fasten the rotating foldable handlebars.

3.2 Display

Display Functions
Speed indication, power indication, lights control, gear level switch and gear indicator, total mileage, single mileage, real-time
voltage, running time, acceleration control.
Multi-indicator Area
Total mileage ODO, single mileage TRIP, real-time voltage V, running time TIME.
Speed Indicator
Speed signal comes from the motor via controller to the display.
The indicated speed depends on the motor signal and the wheel diameter.
Gear Switch
Short press the Gear switch level up/down to switch the gear: 1 - slow, 2 - medium, 3 - fast. The higher the gear, the faster the
speed.
Lights Control
Long press the Gear switch: level down / Light switch to switch on/off the front and rear lights. Rear lights are also lit automatically
when braking.
Start mode
For safety purposes all Joyor models are set by default to non-zero start mode which means the motor will not get started until you
start kick the scooter first so that the speed is above zero.

3.3 Riding Operations Instructions
3.3.1 Before Riding
• Choose a suitable venue for riding.
• Unfold the electric scooter according to the instructions.
• Adjust the height of the handlebar tube according to your height.
3.3.2 Riding
• Press the power button to turn on the power. The speed is set by default to gear level 1.
• For safety purposes, Joyor electric scooter has a safe start design which means the motor can start only when the speed of
the vehicle is above 0. It prevents motor start when the acceleration handle is pressed by mistake. To start the riding
operations, put one foot on the standing board and the other foot on the ground and kick scoot it like a classic kick scooter.
When the scooter is in motion and its speed is above 0, smoothly use the acceleration handle to start the motor. Once the
motor starts, put the other foot on the standing board and continue riding.
• When riding, adjust the gear level from 1 to 3, use lights and horn according to the road conditions and according to the
situation.
• Be aware of the possibility of unpredictable sudden obstacles on your way and control the speed level.
3.3.3 Braking
• Use the electric brakes handle for braking under normal circumstances. Use foot brake for braking in emergency situations.
• The greater pressure you put, the greater braking force will be applied. Be aware that hard braking may result in an accident
due to slipping of the wheels, lost of balance and fall of the vehicle. Hard braking might also cause damage to the tire.

4 MAINTENANCE
4.1 Tires
• Joyor electric scooter uses rubber elastic tires. When the tires are worn out or have a puncture, they need to be replaced
timely.
• Contact the official distributor to replace the original tires.
• Inspect your scooter and its tires every month, check if the screws are tightened enough. If they are loose, tighten them.
4.3 Battery
• Joyor electric scooter is equipped with a lithium polymer battery. The average lifespan of the battery is 600 cycles. Under
normal use and maintenance, the battery lifespan can generally reach more than 1000 cycles.
• Before using the scooter for the first time, please charge the battery to the full charge.
• Avoid totally depleting your scooter’s battery before charging. Always make sure it is minimum 10 % charged. For satisfactory
vehicle performance, the battery has to be charged minimum 50 %.
• Do not leave your electric scooter with a significantly discharged battery for a few hours. Charge it promptly.
• When storing the electric scooter for a long period, make sure the battery is at least 40-50 % charged. It is advisable to
charge your scooter minimum once per 30 days.
• Always use only the original Joyor charger that corresponds to the model of the scooter.
• Do not leave your electric scooter in the cold temperature below 0 or under the direct sun. Keep the battery dry. Negative
environmental conditions can damage the battery.
• Polymer lithium batteries have to be treated with extreme caution. Unappropriated charging, damage or overheating can
result in a fire. Do not leave your electric scooter to charge without supervision. Do not leave the electric scooter to charge
overnight. Always supervise the electric scooter while it is charging and avoid battery over-charge. Do not use, charge or
leave a damaged battery unattended and follow the disposal protocols immediately.

4.4 Charger
The dedicated charger provided by Joyor has a charging protection timing function.
Charging instructions
• Open the charging port cover on the electric scooter and insert the charger output connector into the charging port.
• Insert the charger input power plug into the power socket (AC110V-220V).
• Charger light is red to indicate that charging is in progress; when the charger light turns green, it indicates that the battery
is fully charged.
• When charging the battery, place it in a dry, ventilated environment.
5 WARRANTY POLICY
5.1 Warranty Scope
• This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in the new Joyor devices accompanied by this limited
warranty statement for a period of 24 months after the first retail purchase for the non-electric parts and for the electric
scooter and for a period of 12 months for the battery, under normal installation, use, service and maintenance.
• Only consumers purchasing this device from an authorized Joyor retailer or reseller may obtain coverage under this limited
warranty.
• This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

5.2 Warranty Limitations
This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
• Commercial use, accident, abuse, neglect, shock, heat or humidity beyond product specifications, improper installation,
operation, maintenance or modification.
• Any misuse contrary to the instructions in the User Manual.
• Malfunctions caused by other equipment.
• This limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels of any alterations (including
the unauthorized removal of any component or external cover).
• Joyor does not cover the cost of national/international warranty shipping at any time.
5.3 Warranty Application Process
• Joyor will not provide any warranty coverage unless your claim it in compliance with all terms of this limited warranty
statement and you follow the proper return procedure.
• To request warranty service, you may contact us or contact an authorized Joyor distributor.

6 LIABILITY
The rider (or parent of the rider, if rider is under 16 years old) of this electric scooter is solely and fully responsible for the safe
operation of the electric scooter at all times.
The rider is aware that the use of the electric scooter scooter involves both obvious and unexpected risks, dangers, and hazards
that may result in injury or death of the rider or others and/or property damage, and that such risks, dangers, and hazards cannot
always be predicted or avoided.
The risks, dangers, and hazards include, but are not limited to:
• vehicles and other objects, pedestrians, traffic;
• malfunction of the electric scooter or its components;
• road and weather conditions;
• failure to follow applicable laws regarding the use and/or operation of the electric scooter;
• failure to perform a safety check;
• failure to wear a helmet.
The rider understands that electric scooters are electrical equipment that may malfunction even if the electric scooter is properly
maintained and that such malfunction may cause property damage, injury or death.
The rider assumes full and complete responsibility for all related risks, dangers, and hazards, and all related damages, injuries, and
death.
By using the electric scooter, the rider expressly waives any claims against the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer of the electric
scooter.

2 INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
• El patinete eléctrico Joyor es un vehículo de transporte personal y está diseñado solo para una persona. Por favor, no
transportar a un pasajero en este patinete eléctrico.
• El patinete eléctrico Joyor está diseñado para uso de adultos y niños. Las personas menores de 10 años no pueden usar
este vehículo.
• Por favor, usar un casco de seguridad cuando viaje en el patinete eléctrico.
• No conducir el patinete eléctrico en superficies insegura o fuera de la carretera.
• Practicar en un espacio libre de tráfico en el nivel 1 de velocidad antes de montar en el carril para bicicletas.
• Durante las operaciones de montaje, siempre mantener ambas manos en el manillar y ambos pies en la tabla de pie. Por
favor, no saltar sobre la tabla de pie.
• No apagar la corriente del motor mientras conduce el patinete eléctrico.
• No intentar viajar en el patinete sobre un peldaño de más de 3 cm. Esto puede causar daño al conductor o el vehículo.
• Al viajar por carreteras con superficies accidentadas o con baches, por favor, reducir la velocidad del patinete eléctrico o dejar
de conducir el vehículo.
• El usuario debe ajustar la altura del tubo del manillar de acuerdo con su altura para garantizar una conducción segura, estable
y cómoda.
• No usar el patinete eléctrico Joyor en superficies resbaladizas, como aceite o hielo.
• No usar el patinete eléctrico Joyor en condiciones climáticas con temperaturas inferiores a -5Cº.
• No dejar el patinete eléctrico sumergido en una profundidad de agua de más de 3 cm para evitar dañar las partes eléctricas
del vehículo.
• Evitar utilizar el patinete eléctrico Joyor en condiciones climáticas adversas, como lluvia, nieve o tormentas de viento para
evitar accidentes. Si viaja en estas condiciones, nunca exceder la velocidad de 10 km/h.
• Si el patinete eléctrico no se usa por más de 30 días, cargarlo regularmente al menos cada 30 días.

3 INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN
3.1 Plegar/desplegar
Para plegar el patinete, siga siguientes pasos:
• Retuerza las mangas de manillar plegables giratorias.
• Afloje la perilla del sistema de plegado y doble hacia abajo el tubo frontal vertical.
• Asegúrese de que el tubo frontal horizontal del manillar encaje en su lugar en el guardabarros trasero.
Para desplegar el patinete, siga siguientes pasos:
• Desbloquee el tubo frontal horizontal del manillar desde su lugar en el guardabarros trasero.
• Despliegue el tubo frontal vertical y ajuste la perilla del sistema de plegado.
• Coloca y sujeta las mangas de manillar plegables giratorios.

3.2 Pantalla
Los botones:
• Presione prolongadamente el botón ON/OFF para encender la pantalla, presione brevemente ON/OFF para cambiar entre ODO,
TRIP, V, TM en el indicador multifunción.
• Mantenga presionado el botón ON/OFF para apagar la pantalla.
• Mantenga presionado interruptor de velocidad: bajar de nivel / interruptor de la luz para encender/apagar las luces.

Función de la pantalla
Indicación de velocidad, indicación de potencia, indicación de nivel de velocidad, kilometraje total, kilometraje único, voltaje en
tiempo real, tiempo de funcionamiento.
Indicador multifunción
Kilometraje total ODO, kilometraje único, TRIP, voltaje en tiempo real V, tiempo de funcionamiento TIME.
Indicador del nivel de la velocidad
Presione brevemente interruptor de velocidad, cambie el nivel de velocidad, 1 es el nivel mas lenta, 3 es el nivel más rápido.
Luz delantera
Para encender la luz delantera, mantenga presionada interruptor de velocidad: bajar de nivel / interruptor de la luz.
3.3 Instrucciones de operaciones de montaje
3.3.1 Antes de montar
• Elegir un lugar adecuado para montar.
• Desplegar el patinete de acuerdo con las instrucciones.
• Ajustar la altura del tubo del manubrio según su altura.
3.3.2 Montaje
• Presionar el botón de encendido para encender el patinete eléctrico. La velocidad está configurada por defecto a nivel 1.
• Por razones de seguridad, el patinete eléctrico Joyor tiene un diseño de arranque seguro que significa que el motor puede
arrancar solo cuando la velocidad del vehículo es superior a 0. Esta función impide el arranque del motor cuando se presiona
el mango de aceleración por error. Para comenzar las operaciones de montaje, poner un pie en el patinete y el otro pie en el
suelo y patearlo como un patinete clásico. Cuando el patinete está en movimiento y su velocidad es superior a 0, usar

suavemente el mango de aceleración para arrancar el motor. Una vez que el motor arranca, colocar el otro pie en la base del
patinete y continuar montando.
• Al conducir, ajustar el nivel de velocidad de 1 a 3, usar luces y bocina de acuerdo a las condiciones de la carretera y según la
situación.
• Tener en cuenta la posibilidad de obstáculos repentinos e impredecibles en su camino y controlar el nivel de velocidad.
3.3.3 Frenado
• Utilizar el mango del freno electrico para frenar en circunstancias normales. Usar el freno de pie para frenar en situaciones
de emergencia.
• Cuanto mayor sea la presión que pone, mayor será la fuerza de frenado. Tener en cuenta que el frenado brusco puede
provocar un accidente debido al deslizamiento de las ruedas, la pérdida de equilibrio y la falla del vehículo. El frenado fuerte
también puede causar daños a los neumáticos.
4 MANTENIMIENTO
4.1 Cámaras
• El patinete eléctrico Joyor usa neumáticos elásticos de goma. Cuando los neumáticos están gastados o tienen una perforación,
deben reemplazarse oportunamente.
• Ponerse en contacto con el distribuidor oficial para reemplazar los neumáticos originales.
• Inspeccionar su patinete y sus neumáticos todos los meses, comprobar si los tornillos están lo suficientemente apretados. Si
están sueltos, apretarlos.

4.2 Batería
• El patinete eléctrico Joyor está equipado con una batería de polímero de litio. La vida útil promedio de la batería es de 1000
ciclos. Bajo uso y mantenimiento normales, la vida útil de la batería generalmente puede alcanzar más de 1000 ciclos.
• Antes de usar el patinete por primera vez, cargar la batería con una carga completa.
• Evitar agotar totalmente la batería de su patinete antes de cargarla. Siempre asegurarse de que tenga un mínimo del 10%
de carga. Para un rendimiento satisfactorio del vehículo, la batería debe cargarse como mínimo al 50%.
• No dejar su patinete eléctrico con una batería significativamente descargada durante unas horas. Cargarlo de inmediato.
• Cuando guarde el patinete eléctrico durante un período prolongado, asegurarse de que la batería tenga al menos un 40-50%
de carga. Es recomendable cargar su patinete como mínimo una vez cada 30 días.
• Utilizar siempre el cargador Joyor original que corresponde al modelo del patinete.
• No dejar su patinete eléctrico a una temperatura inferior a 0 o bajo el sol directo. Mantener la batería seca. Las condiciones
ambientales negativas pueden dañar la batería.
• Las baterías de polímero de litio deben tratarse con extrema precaución. La carga, el daño o el sobrecalentamiento no
apropiados pueden provocar un incendio. No dejar que su patinete eléctrico cargue sin supervisión. No dejar el patinete
eléctrico para cargar durante la noche. Siempre supervisar el patinete eléctrico mientras se está cargando y evitar que la
batería se sobrecargue. No usar, cargar o dejar una batería dañada sin supervisión y seguir los protocolos de eliminación de
inmediato.
4.3 Cargador
El cargador proporcionado por Joyor tiene una función de temporización de protección de carga.
Instrucciones de carga:
• Abrir la tapa del puerto de carga del patinete eléctrico y insertar el conector de salida del cargador en el puerto de carga.
• Insertar el enchufe de alimentación de entrada del cargador en la toma de corriente (AC110V-220V).
• La luz del cargador está roja para indicar que la carga está en progreso; cuando la luz del cargador se ilumina en verde, indica
que la batería está completamente cargada.
• Cuando cargue la batería, colocarla en un ambiente seco y ventilado.

5 POLÍTICA DE GARANTÍA
5.1 Alcance de la garantía
Esta garantía limitada cubre cualquier defecto de material o mano de obra en los nuevos dispositivos Joyor acompañados por esta
declaración de garantía limitada por un período de 24 meses después de la primera compra al por menor para las partes no eléctricas
y para el patinete eléctrico y por un período de 12 meses para la batería, bajo instalación normal, uso, servicio y mantenimiento
Solo los consumidores que compran este dispositivo a un distribuidor o revendedor autorizado de Joyor pueden obtener cobertura
bajo esta garantía limitada.
5.2 Limitaciones de la garantía
Esta garantía limitada no cubre ningún problema causado por:
• Uso comercial, accidente, abuso, negligencia, choque, calor o humedad más allá de las especificaciones del producto,
instalación incorrecta, operación, mantenimiento o modificación.
• Cualquier uso indebido contrario a las instrucciones en la guía del usuario
• Mal funcionamiento causado por otros equipos
• Esta garantía limitada no tiene validez si un producto se devuelve con etiquetas eliminadas, dañadas o alteradas de cualquier
alteración (incluida la eliminación no autorizada de cualquier componente o cubierta externa).
• Joyor no cubre el coste del envío nacional/internacional de la garantía en ningún momento.
5.3 Proceso de solicitud de garantía

6 RESPONSIBILIDAD
El USARIO (o los padres del usario, si el usario es menor de 16 años) de este patinete eléctrico es el único y completamente
responsable del montaje seguro del patinete eléctrico en cualquier momento.
El usuario es consciente de que el uso del patinete eléctrico implica riesgos, peligros obvios y inesperados que pueden provocar
lesiones o la muerte del usario u otras personas y / o daños a la propiedad, y que dichos riesgos y peligros no siempre se puede
predecir o evitar.
Los riesgos y peligros incluyen, entre otros, los siguientes:
• vehículos y otros objetos, peatones y tráfico;
• mal funcionamiento del patinete eléctrico o de sus componentes;
• condiciones de la carretera y del clima;
• incumplimiento de las leyes aplicables con respecto al uso y / o funcionamiento del patinete eléctrico;
• no realizar una comprobación de seguridad;
• no usar casco.
El ciclista entiende que los patinetes eléctricos son equipos eléctricos que pueden funcionar mal incluso si el patinete eléctrico se
mantiene adecuadamente y que dicho mal funcionamiento puede causar daños a la propiedad, lesiones o la muerte.
El usuario asume la responsabilidad total y completa de todos los riesgos y peligros relacionados, y de todos los daños, lesiones y
muertes relacionados.
Al usar el patinete eléctrico, el usario renuncia expresamente a cualquier reclamación contra el fabricante, distribuidor o minorista
del patinete eléctrico.
