Safety and Warnings
IWARNING
Please read these instructions carefully before use
and keep them for future reference.
• Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in
serious injury or death.
• SUFFOCATION
HAZARD
Infants have
suocated:
• In gaps between extra padding
and side of the product.
• On soft bedding.
• Use ONLY the mattress provided
by Joovy. NEVER add a pillow,
comforter, or another mattress.
• To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants
be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your
physician.
• Do not use a sheet with the mattress.
• Do not place the mattress inside the tent. Use mattress ONLY in the
pouch under the tent.
• Use product with only one child at a time.
• Strings can cause strangulation! DO NOT place items with a string
around a child’s neck, such as hood strings or pacier cord. DO NOT
suspend strings over bassinet or attach strings to toys.

• The product must be fully assembled per Joovy’s instructions before
using. Do not modify the product or add any attachments not specically
recommended by Joovy.
• Do not use this product if you cannot exactly follow the accompanying
instructions.
• Do not use this product for a child who can roll over or who has reached
15 lbs. (6.8 cm).
• Do not place any cord, strap or similar item in or near this product that
could become wrapped around a child’s neck.
• Do not place this product near a window or patio door where a child
could reach the cord of a blind or curtain and be strangled.
• Check this product regularly before using it and do not use it if any
parts are loose or missing or if there are any signs of damage. Do
not substitute parts. Contact Joovy if replacement parts or additional
instructions are needed.
• Children can suocate on soft bedding. Do not place pillows, comforters
or soft pads in this product.
• Use only the mattress supplied by the manufacturer with this product.
Do not add an additional mattress to this product.

Assembly and Usage
Unfolding the Tent
• Remove the safety band. The tent will pop up into full conguration automatically. (1, 2, 3, 4)
ICAUTION: Prevent injury. Be careful when opening
the tent, as it may unexpectedly open in various directions. Hold it
away from your body when opening.
• Unfold the mattress and open the valve. (5) The mattress is self-inating.
• Unzip the pouch under the tent. (6)
• Insert the mattress into the pouch. (7)
• Store the safety band into the pouch under the tent.
IWARNING: No tools are necessary to assemble or
disassemble this product. This product is not a toy. DO NOT
allow children to play with it. Do not use any dierent or additional
mattress, as this may create hazardous gaps or change the height
and dimensions of our product. Do not place the mattress inside
the tent. Use mattress ONLY in the pouch under the tent.
Operating the Tent
• Unzip the cover and roll up. (8, 9) Pull out the elastic loop and insert the plastic pegs into the
elastic loop on each side for holding and easy access. (10)
• Unzip the netting and roll up. (11) Pull out the elastic loop and insert the plastic pegs into the
elastic loop on each side for holding and easy access. (12)
• Place child on top of the sheet. Only place on a at, horizontal, rm and dry surface. Do not use
the tent without the cover sheet.
Cover Sheet
• The cover sheet is removable for washing. To remove, detach the Velcro® at the bottom inside
edge of the tent to gain access to the zipper. (13)
• Unzip the cover sheet from the tent. (14)
• Detach the Velcro® on the cover sheet from the Velcro® on the bottom of the tent.
• To reattach, place the sheet inside the tent.
• Fasten the zipper all the way around the cover sheet. Ensure the zipper is completely fastened.
• Ensure the Velcro® on the cover sheet attaches to the corresponding Velcro® at the bottom of the
tent.
• Completely cover the zipper with the Velcro® at the bottom inside edge of the tent.

Folding the Tent
• Remove all items from inside the tent and close all the zippers. The cover sheet can stay attached
inside the tent.
• Keep the product on a at surface.
• Unzip the pouch at the bottom of the tent. Remove the mattress and pull out the safety band.
• Grab the top of the frame in the middle on both sides. (15)
• Bring the bottom of the frame up to the top and pinch the whole frame together in the middle. (16,
17, 18)
• Keep the folded tent upright. With one hand, grab the middle part, and with the other hand, push
the top down to the bottom. (19)
• Push the top down/inside continuously until the frame forms three circles. (20)
• The top and inside part should be grabbed by one hand while still holding onto the middle part
with the other hand (loosely) to enable the two top circles to cross each other. (21)
• Cross the two top circles more and make one circle cover the other. (22) Make sure that the part
with the safety band always ends up on top. (23)
• The frame should now form three circles on top of each other. It can now be fastened using the
safety band and stored in the bag.
• Open the valve on the mattress and begin folding to push all the air out. (24) Close the valve to
keep the mattress from self-inating.
• The folded mattress can be stored in the bag for carrying. (25, 26)
IWARNING: Please read the folding instruction carefully
before folding. After each use, deate the mattress, fold and store in the
bag along with the tent and sheet. After many folds, the tent might lose
some of its shape. Reshaping the frame might be necessary from time to
time.

Care & Maintenance
Maintenance
All of the ttings, other hardware and plastic parts on the product should be inspected periodically
to ensure that they are secured properly and not damaged or malfunctioning. The straps and fabric
items and their stitching should also be inspected periodically to ensure that they are secured
properly and not loose, torn or otherwise damaged.
Any missing, broken, or worn components should be replaced immediately, and the product should
not be used until they are replaced. Only original manufacturer’s components should be used. If
needed, please contact Joovy at our toll-free phone number.
Cleaning
The fabric material on the tent and mattress can be surface cleaned using mild household soap
or detergent and warm water on a sponge or clean cloth. Air dry. The cover sheet can be machine
washed in cold water. Air dry.
See the Cover Sheet section for information on removing the cover sheet for washing (page 7).
Storage
Direct sunlight may fade fabric. Store indoors to prolong its appearance. DO NOT store outdoors.
Always store the product in a dry environment. Store the product in a safe place when not in use (i.e.
away from children). DO NOT place heavy objects on top of the product. DO NOT store the product
near a direct heat source such as a radiator or open re.

• Utilisez le produit pour un seul enfant à la fois.
• Les cordons peuvent causer la strangulation! NE PAS placer d’objets
dotés d’un cordon autour du cou d’un enfant, comme des cordons de
capuchon ou ls de suce. NE PAS suspendre de cordons au-dessus de
la bassinette, ou attacher de celles aux jouets.
• Le produit doit être entièrement assemblé selon les instructions de
Joovy avant l’utilisation. Ne pas modier le produit ou ajouter des
accessoires qui ne sont pas spéciquement recommandés par Joovy.
• Ne pas utiliser ce produit si vous ne pouvez pas vous conformer
spéciquement aux instructions associées.
• Ne pas utiliser ce produit pour un enfant qui peut se retrourner ou qui a

• Ne pas placer ce produit près d’une fenêtre ou porte-patio, là où
un enfant pourrait atteindre le cordon d’un store ou d’un rideau et
s’étrangler.
• Vériez régulièrement ce produit avant de l’utiliser et ne pas utiliser si
des pièces sont mal xées ou manquantes, ou s’il y a des signes de
dommages. Ne pas substituer les pièces. Contactez Joovy si des pièces
de rechange ou des instructions supplémentaires sont nécessaires.
• Les enfants peuvent suoquer sur de la literie moelleuse. Ne pas placer
d’oreillers, couettes ou coussins souples dans ce produit.
• Utiliser uniquement le matelas fourni par le fabricant avec ce produit. Ne
pas utiliser plus d’un matelas avec ce produit.
Veuillez ne pas retourner ce produit en magasin.

Assemblage et Utilisation
Dépliage de la Tente
• Retirez la bande de sûreté. La tente s’ouvrira en entier automatiquement. (1, 2, 3, 4)
IAVERTISSEMENT: Évitez les blessures. Soyez
prudent lorsque vous ouvrez la tente, car elle pourrait se déployer
de manière imprévisible dans diérentes directions. Tenez-la
éloignée de votre corps au moment de l’ouvrir.
• Dépliez le matelas et ouvrez la vanne. (5) Le matelas est auto-gonant.
• Ouvrez la poche sous la tente. (6)
• Insérez le matelas dans la poche. (7)
• Placez la bande de sûreté dans la poche sous la tente.
IMISE EN GARDE: Aucun outil n’est nécessaire
pour monter ou démonter ce produit. Ce produit n’est pas un
jouet. NE PAS laisser les enfants jouer avec celui-ci. Ne pas utiliser
de matelas diérent ou supplémentaire, car cela pourrait engendrer
des espaces dangereux ou modier la hauteur et les dimensions
de notre produit. Ne pas placer le matelas dans la tente. Utilisez le
matelas UNIQUEMENT dans la poche sous la tente.
Utilisation de la Tente
• Ouvrez la fermeture éclair de la housse et enroulez celle-ci vers le haut. (8, 9) Tirez sur la boucle
élastique et insérer les tiges en plastique dans la boucle élastique de chaque côté, pour assurer un
maintien en place et un accès aisé. (10)
• Ouvrez le let et enroulez-le vers le haut. (11) Tirez sur la boucle élastique et insérer les tiges en
plastique dans la boucle élastique de chaque côté, pour assurer un maintien en place et un accès
aisé. (12)
• Placez l’enfant sur le drap. Placez uniquement sur une surface plane, horizontale, ferme et sèche.
Ne pas utiliser la tente sans le drap de protection.
Drap de Protection
• Le drap de protection est amovible pour le lavage. Pour retirer, détachez le Velcro® sur la bordure
intérieure inférieure de la tente an d’accéder à la fermeture éclair. (13)
• Ouvrez la fermeture éclair du drap de protection. (14)
• Détachez le Velcro® du drap de protection du Velcro® au bas de la tente.
• Pour réinstaller, placez le drap dans la tente.
• Fermez complètement la fermeture éclair tout autour du drap de protection. Assurez-vous que la
fermeture éclair est entièrement fermée.
• Assurez-vous que le Velcro® sur le drap de protection soit attaché au Velcro® correspondant au
bas de la tente.
• Couvrez entièrement la fermeture éclair avec le Velcro® sur la bordure intérieure inférieure de la
tente.

Pliage de la Tente
• Retirez tous les éléments de l’intérieur de la tente et fermez toutes les fermetures éclairs. Le drap
de protection peut demeurer xé à l’intérieur de la tente.
• Gardez le produit sur une surface plane.
• Ouvrez la fermeture éclair de la poche au bas de la tente. Retirez le matelas et retirez la bande de sûreté.
• Saisissez le haut du cadre, au milieu entre les deux côtés. (15)
• Ramenez le bas du cadre jusqu’au sommet et compressez tout le cadre vers le milieu. (16, 17, 18)
• Gardez la tente pliée en position verticale. D’une main, saisissez la partie centrale, et avec l’autre
main, poussez le sommet vers le bas. (19)
• Poussez le sommet vers le bas/l’intérieur en continu, jusqu’à ce que le cadre forme trois cercles. (20)
• Les parties supérieure et intérieure doivent être saisies d’une main tout en maintenant la partie
centrale de l’autre main (sans serrer) pour permettre aux deux cercles supérieurs à se croiser. (21)
• Croisez les deux cercles supérieures et couvrez un cercle avec l’autre. (22) Assurez-vous que la
partie dotée de la bande de sûreté se retrouve sur le dessus. (23)
• Le cadre devrait maintenant former trois cercles, les uns au-dessus des autres. Il peut maintenant
être xé en utilisant la bande de sûreté et entreposé dans le sac.
• Ouvrez la vanne sur le matelas et commencez à plier pour faire sortir tout l’air. (24) Fermez la
vanne pour empêcher le matelas de se goner automatiquement.
• Le matelas plié peut être entreposé dans le sac pour le transport. (25, 26)
IMISE EN GARDE: Veuillez lire les instructions
de pliage attentivement avant le pliage. Après chaque utilisation,
dégonez le matelas, pliez-le et rangez-le dans le sac avec la tente
et le drap. Après de nombreux pliages, la tente pourrait perdre en
partie sa forme. Remodeler le cadre peut s’avérer nécessaire de
temps en temps.
