ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
Step A. Take the leg and insert into one of the ends.
Step B. Gently push the leg through the opening until the holes on top match the pre-drilled holes in the leg insert (a rubber mallet may be needed).
Step C. Affix the legs with allen-head screw.
Step D. Place rubber end caps on both ends of leg.
FRONT LEG ASSEMBLY (See Fig.1)

Step A. Aim the four holes of pedal bracket to the screw hole of rail bottom side.
Step B. Fix pedal bracket by using washer and nylon nut.
FEDAL FIXED PLATE ASSEMBLY (See Fig.2)

Step A. Turnover the rail, fixed front carriage stop using screw & washers provided.
Step B. Slide the seat onto the beam rail, be sure the notch of seat carriage is Backward.
Step C. Fixed rear carriage stop.
Step D. Place rubber caps on both ends.
Step E. Insert fix screw through the hole of rear leg base and rail, put on nut plate then fasten fix screw to make rear leg be steady.
Step F. Insert the end cap onto Rail rear part.
Step G. Put beam front part onto the main frame U type fixed plate, aim all holes position and use connective Arbor and washer to fix. (See Fig. 4)
FEAR LEG AND RAIL ASSEMBLY (See Fig.3 Fig.4)

Connective Arbor must be fasten as much as you can as it is used for main frame and beam connection and will support more outside strength.

Step A. Taking the plug cable of the console and inserting to the console mounting.
Step B. Insert the console to the console mounting bracket, which attached on the front of frame.
Step C. Aim the two holes on sides of console to the bracket's two screw holes, then use two bolts to secure.
CONSOLE ASSEMBLY (See Fig.6)

Step A. Insert two size "AA" 1.5V batteries or two Size "UM-3"
1.5V batteries into the battery Compartment and make sure that the polarity ("+" or "-") is positioned as indicated in the battery compartment.
Step B. Install the two batteries in the battery compartment.
CONSOLE ASSEMBLY (See Fig.7)

Step A. Insert the pedal bar into the tube of pedal bracket in even length both side.
Step B. Assemble Left & Right Side pedal.
Step C. Using Washer and nylon nut to fasten.

TENSION SPRING (See Frg.8 & 9)
If you want to replace the new Tension Spring, please follow the steps below:

Take off console, consold fixed plate and side cover in order. Take off the whole set defective tension spring assembly. Fetch the Spare Tnesion Spring Assembly, then identify the left
hand and right hand per the labels. Put the Tension Spring Assembly on the Axle and stick the spring assembly rear part in the axle slot.
Turnthe Tension Spring Assembly for 2.5~3 turns according to the arrow direction on labels to make the springs has a efficient spare power existed. Then screw on the bolts.
Use the same way to assemble another side spring. Then reassembled the side cover and console on.

The Tension Spring Assembly are consisted of left side and right side. Please must identify clearly. If you assemble the springs in wrong side, then will make the springs be destoryed.

FUNCTIONS, SPECIFICATION & OPERATIONS:

TIME
Occupies a designed space of LCD to display steadily. Counts up from zero or can be set to count down.
Spec: 1.2.Count-up: 00:00-59:59, then go on timing from zero.
Count-down: 1:00-59:00: To be set in minute increment, counts by one second. Counts back to zero with 12-second sound signal, push any key to stop beeping.

Prees MODE key to line up with 'TM' symbol flashing. Count-up: Push START/STOP button to start timing up. Count-down: Depress START/STOP button to start timing from desired value after the given value was set by pressing UP or DOWN key.
SET sign have to appear upon the upper left of LCD whenever any value of functions will be set. The SET sign is controlled by START/STOP button (TIMER function is ceased also). To get the desired value faster just push UP or DOWN key a little longer. Only TIMER function can be actived continuously at power-off state.

Electronically calculates and displays the strokes per minute in accordance with one rowing action.
Spec:The min. display is 6 and max. is 99 per minute.
Operation:The value will be varied whenever you exercise,
but TIMER function have to be simultaneously performing.
The 'E' charactor will automatically show up if the value exceeds max 99 per minute.

1.Open the batterycover at the back side of computer.
2.Insert two pieces of battery (1.5V of "AA" or UM-3) into the battery case inside.
3.Removing the batteries will erase all functional values (including TOTALfunction).
Battery information:
1.The power will be automatically turned on when if (1) Push any button of computer; (2) Start using your rowing machine.
2.The power will also be automatically shut off when if (1) Stop using your machine; (2) Timer functions is not working; (3) No button ix depressed; for 256 seconds.
Auto Power On/Off:
Set-up button. (Used for TIMER, COUNT,TEMPO, and CLORIES functions.) Set-down button. (Used for TIMER, COUNT,and TEMPO functions.) To start or stop the functions of TIMER, COUNT, TOTAL, TEMPO, and CALORIES.
(If the ' ' appear on the upper-left of LCD display,all functions are ceased.) To reset the values of TIMER, COUNT, TEMPO or CALORIE to zero.

Feature:
COUNT
Electronically accumulates the workable times from zero or decrease the desired digits or zero.
Spec: 1.2.Count-up: 0-9999, then keep on counting from zero.
Count-down: 10-9990: To be set in ten digits increment, Counts bake by one strokes. Push any key to stop sounding when the given value counts down to zero.
Operation: 1.2.Depress MODE button to have '
' indicator flashed. Count-up: Push RESET button to return digits to zero, then push START/STOP key before exercise. Count-up: Get the desired stroke digits's by pushing
UP or DOWN button before push STAET/STOP
button to start rowing.
The 'E' charactor will automatically show up if the value exceeds max. 99 per minute.
NOTE
Automatically accumulates all workable strokes both count-up and count-down.
0-9999, then returns to zero from 9999.
If the value is zero by depressing RESET button, there will be no one sound signal when COUNT function is counting.

Pace you with an audible beep which is automatically converts from the given digits per minute.
Spec:From between 6 and 99, choose and register the

CALORIES
Automatically calculates calories consumption burned by per rowing action.
Spec:There are 5 positions could be chosen according
to owner's different tension of Shock Absorb (Hydraulic).
Operation: 1.2.To have the '
' indicator flashed by pushing MODE button before the desired postion to be set by pressing UP button. Push RESET button to return the value to zero, then press START/STOP key before exercise.
If any value is needed renewing, push START/STOP button and have '' indicator lined up with the very function by pushing MODE button.
