Charging using the USB Type-C cable
Insert the USB Type-C cable into the USB port of the charging case as shown below and connect the other end to any USB Charger or charging device. The Charging Case’s LED indicators will flash while charging and become solid when fully charged.

Wirelessly charge the case by placing it on any Qi wireless Charging Pad (not included) as shown below.

The earbuds will automatically power on when taken out of the charging case and power off when placed back into the charging case.
To manually power the earbuds ON or OFF follow the instructions below:

Press and HOLD the Multifunctional Touchpad on both earbuds for 2 seconds.

Follow the steps below to pair and connect the earbuds to your Bluetooth enabled device.

Open the Bluetooth settings on your device, and select “Disconnect” to disconnect from an already connected device. You'll hear a voice prompt "Disconnected" and the earbuds will go into pairing mode.

Forget this device
USING ONE EARBUD
You can use the Right earbud alone to make or answer calls while the Left earbud is in the case but the Left earbud cannot be used alone while the Right earbud is in the case.

The Ear Detection feature conveniently pauses the audio playback when either earbud is taken out of your ear. Just place the earbud back into your ear to resume the audio playback.

Note: After taking the earbuds out of the case, they will automatically link to each other and then try to connect to a previously paired Bluetooth enabled device. If they do not find a device to connect to, they will automatically be in Bluetooth pairing mode.

The earbuds include a multifunction touchpad. Just touch the earbuds to control the audio playback and answer calls.

Press and HOLD the Right or Left earbud. Press and HOLD once again to cancel the Voice Assistant.

If the earbuds are not linking with each other, or not working properly, try doing a factory reset by following the steps below.
1. Place both earbuds inside the Charging Case and make sure they are charging (the LED of both earbuds should be solid WHITE).

3. Repeat step 2 with the other earbud.

4. Take both earbuds out of the case, then put them back into the case for 10 seconds.
5. Remove both earbuds from the Charging Case and let them link with each other (this will occur automatically).
6. Once linked, they will automatically go into pairing mode. The LED of the Right earbud will quickly flash WHITE while the LED of the left earbud will slowly flash WHITE.
7. Open your device’s Bluetooth list and delete Brookstone BKH600 from your paired devices list.
8. Turn off the Bluetooth feature of your device and then turn it back on and search for Brookstone BKH600 to connect.
