Shenzhen Jide Technology Co., Ltd follows a sustainable development strategy. Except as provided in
this document and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Jide shall not be liable for incidental or
consequential losses or damages of any nature whatsoever including but not limited to lost profits or
commercial loss, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of data, loss of privacy, or loss
of confidentiality. Notwithstanding the foregoing and even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose,
Jide and its suppliers entire liability under any provision of this limited warranty shall be limited to the
amount actually paid for by the customer for the product. These exclusion apply even if Jide has been
advised of the possibility of these damages.

[Care and Maintenance]
The following suggestions will help you comply with the terms of the warranty and extend product life:
- Wipe the screen with a soft cloth to clean it. Don’t use alcohol or other chemical cleaners on the
screen.
- Do not attempt to cover or push objects into openings on your tablet unless instructed to do so in
the tablet documentation supplied by Jide. This action might cause a short circuit, fire, or an
electric shock.
- Do not use excessive force on the screen.
- Do not place heavy objects on your tablet.
- Do not use sharp objects on the screen.
- Do not place your tablet on any unstable surfaces. The tablet could fall, thereby causing serious
injury to a person and serious damage to the tablet.
- Do not charge the product in the bathroom or places with high humidity. Please avoid water.
- Do not paint the product. Paint can clog moving parts and prevent its normal use.
- Do not use the product in a place where there are flammable or explosive gases, so as not to
lead to product failure and accidents.
[Safety]
Do not charge in the following places: in direct sunlight; when the temperature is below 10°C or above
40 °C in place of charge; damp, dusty or unstable places; nearby electrical appliances such TVs, radios
and so on.
Do not use your tablet in any area with a potentially explosive atmosphere. Turn off the tablet, but also
do not charge, so as to avoid accidents. Potential areas may include but not limited to: gas stations,
below decks on boats, fuel or chemical transfer or storage facilities, liquefied petroleum gas transport, or
areas where the air contains chemicals or particles etc.
Avoid having moisture, water or other liquids seep into the body or the keyboard, potentially resulting in
overheating of the body or the keyboard, leakage and failures on your tablet unless instructed to do so in
the tablet documentation supplied by Jide. This action might cause a short circuit, fire, or an electric
shock.
This glass could break if the device is dropped on a hard surface or receives a significant impact. To
reduce the risk of cuts if the glass chips or cracks, do not touch or attempt to remove the broken glass.
Do not use Jide Remix Pro with unofficial accessories or with an unspecified charger to avoid battery
leakage, overheating, explosion or fire.
Jide will not be liable for equipment failures or accidents resulting from the use of accessories that do not
have Jide designation or authorization.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to
1. cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless
failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
2. damage caused by operating the product outside Jide’s published guidelines;
3. damage caused by opening, service or modification provided by anyone who is not authorized by
Jide; any evidence of peeling, puncturing, defacing or removal of any of the labels or serial
number;
4. damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake or other external cause;
5. defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
