JEC-2000 ELLIPTICAL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
Step 1. Unpack the box and place all the parts on the floor.
Step 2. Remove the bolts (04), nuts (06) and washers (05) from the front stabilizer and rear
stabilizer (02/03).
Attach the front stabilizer and rear stabilizer (02/03) to the main frame (01). Replace the
bolts, nuts and washers and tighten using the supplied spanner.
Step 3. Take the disc cap (28) off the main from (01).

Step 4. Remove the screws (24) and washers (05) from the main post (12). Connect the top
tension control cable (13) and bottom tension control cable (14). Then take off the part
(14A).
Next, connect the top computer cable (19) and the bottom computer cable (21). Slide
the main post (12) into the main frame (01) and secure it into place using screws (24)
and washers (05) provided.
Step 5. Remove the nut (35) and the washer (34) from the right arm of disc (9R). Insert the arm
of the disc (9R) into the hole of the right pedal tube (8R) and fix into place by tightening
the nut (35) and the washer (34). Repeat step 4 to install the left disc (9L) on the other
side.

Step 6. Put both discs (09) on the axle (A1) and tighten the lock-nut (10) into place. Place the
lock-nut cap (11) over the lock-nut. (10).

Step 7. Screw the racing bar (15A) into place by tightening the bolts (31), washers (32) and nuts
(06). Connect the grip pulse wires (29/29A) together. Insert the handlebar (15R/15L) into
the support tube (7R/7L) and fasten the bolts (30) and washers (05).
Step 8. Connect the top computer cable (19) and the bottom hand pulse wire (29A) to the
computer (20). Slide the computer (20) onto the computer holder on top of the handlebar
post (12) and screw (20A) them in.
Step 9. Fit the pedal (22R/22L) onto the pedal tube (08R/08L) using the bolts (33), knobs (18)
and washers (32).
