The CGS-22 is a series system combining prefiltration to
remove larger particulate matter with a choice of carbon
filters to suit specific re q u i rements. Prefiltration will extend
the life of your primary filter cartridge. Used with the
recommended filter cartridges, the CostGuard CGS-22:

Filter Recommendations

• Use minimum 3/8" inlet water connection

• Saddle valve connection i s not re c o m m e n d e d

•P rotect filter housing from pesticides

• Change filter cartridge when pre s s u re ne edle is
in the red zone while equipment is demanding
water or at least every six months

• Change prefilter cartridge as needed

• Allow for housing clearance to replace cart r i d g e
