According to OSHA, any exposure in excess of the above permissible limits could result in
hearing loss. Ear plug protectors in the ear canals or over the ears must be worn when
operating this amplification system in order to prevent a permanent hearing loss if
exposure is in excess of the limits set forth above. To ensure against potentially dangerous
exposure to high sound pressure levels, it is recommended that all persons exposed to
equipment capable of producing high pressure sound levels such as this amplification
system be protected by hearing protection while this unit is in operation.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS, READ BEFORE YOU
ROCK:
WARNING! Do not switch to mono with stereo inputs
Please read the instruction manual for this speaker cabinet and any
other equipment to be used with this speaker cabinet carefully
before use.
1. Never use a speaker cabinet or associated equipment in damp or wet
conditions. No objects filled with liquids should be placed on the
apparatus. When cleaning, only use a dry cloth.
2. Do not attempt to remove or re-wire the internal speakers or any other
components within the speaker cabinet.
3. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel. Servicing is required when the
speaker cabinet has been damaged in any way, such as liquid being
spilled or objects falling into it, the speaker cabinet being exposed to rain
or moisture, the speaker cabinet not operating normally or being
dropped or damaged in any way.
4. Ensure all associated equipment is switched off and unplugged from
the mains before connecting or disconnecting the speaker cabinet.
5. Always Plug the speaker lead into the speaker cabinet before plugging
it into the amplifier.
to submit a written repair order within six (6) weeks, Jet City
Amplification shall return the unit to the customer C.O.D with an
invoice that will include charges for the inspection and a separate
additional charge for freight and packing costs. Such costs will
also be billed separately when a customer has sent in a unit for
repair with a written repair order form.
5 Warranty Transferability
This warranty is extended exclusively to the original buyer
(customer of the retailer) and is not transferable to anyone who may
subsequently purchase the product. No other person (retailer, consumer,
etc) shall ne entitled to give any warranty promise on the behalf of Jet
City Amplification.
6 Claims for Damages
Failure of Jet City Amplification to provide proper warranty service shall
not entitle the buyer to claim (consequential) damages. In no event shall
the liability of Jet City Amplification exceed the invoiced value of the
product.
7 Other Warranty Rights And National Law
The warranty does not exclude or limit the buyer’s statutory rights
provided by national law, in particular, any such rights against the seller
that arise form a legally effective purchase contract.
The warranty regulations mentioned herein are applicable unless they
constitute an infringement of national warranty law.

• If the product needs to be modified or adapted in order to
comply with technical or safety standards on a national or local
level, in any country which is not the country for which the
product was not originally developed and manufactured, this
modification/adaptation shall not be considered a defect in
materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover any such
modification/adaptation, irrespective of whether it was executed
properly or not. Under the terms of this warranty Jet City
Amplification shall not be held responsible for any cost resulting
from such a modification/adaptation.

• Free inspections and maintenance/ repair work are expressly
excluded from this warranty, in particular, if caused by improper
handling of the product by the user. This applies to defects
caused by normal wear and tear of items such as knobs, tolex
and similar parts.
• Damages caused by the following conditions are not covered by
warranty:
• Improper handling, neglect or failure to operate the unit in
compliance with the instructions given in the Jet City
Amplification user manual.
• Connection or operation of the unit in ay way that does not
comply with the technical or safety regulations applicable in the
country where the product is used.
• Damages/defects caused by force majeure or any other condition
that is beyond the control of Jet City Amplification
• Any repair or opening of the unit by unauthorized personnel (user
included) will void the warranty.
• In an inspection of the product by Jet City Amplification shows
that the defect in question is not covered by warranty, the
inspection costs are payable by the customer.
• Products, which do not meet the terms of the warranty, shall be
repaired exclusively at the buyer’s expense. Jet City Amplification
will inform the buyer of any such circumstance. If the buyer fails

the mains in the event of lightning storms or if unused for long periods of
time.
7. Always ensure that the supplied speaker lead is used to connect the
speaker cabinet to associated equipment.

8. Protect the speaker lead from being walked on, pinched or having
heavy objects rolled over it. Ensure the speaker lead is not entangled with
any other lead. If a replacement speaker lead is required please contact
your authorized Jet City Amplification Dealer.
9. If the speaker cabinet has switchable impedance, please ensure that
the correct impedance is selected and that any associated equipment
impedance settings are also correctly set.
10. If the speaker cabinet has mono/stereo switching capability, ensure
that the switch is in the correct position for the desired operation.
11. Always move or transport speaker cabinets individually. Never
attempt to move or transport speaker cabinets if they have other
cabinets or associated equipment stacked on or under them.
12. Always ensure that the speaker cabinet is on a level surface, whether
used or stored individually, or as a speaker cabinet stack, and/or with
associated equipment placed underneath or on top.
13. Jet City Amplification speaker cabinets should only be stacked with
compatible Jet City Amplification speaker cabinets. Never attempt to
stack another manufacturers speaker cabinet with a Jet City Amplification
speaker cabinet. If you are unsure, contact your authorized Jet City
Amplification Dealer.
