Troubleshooting
SymptomTroubleshooting Explanation
iAUDIO works abnormally or

is full.
iAUDIO works abnormally or
does not play when hundreds of
files are in the root folder.
Initialize iAUDIO and leave a free
space of at least 1-2MB, then
try again.
Don’t store many files in Root
folder. Instead, create sub-folders
under the root folder, and save files
under sub-folders.
An important system file, “settings.
dat” is saved in the Root folder of
the flash memory. If this file is not
saved properly, deleted, or damaged during file transfer, iAUDIO
may not work normally.
iAUDIO uses FAT file system.
Owing to the limitations of FAT, you
are advised not to save many files
in the root directory.
