DRAIN:

•32" Drain loop, 1/2" minimum I.D. Floor drains require a siphon break.

•When draining into a disposer, make sure disposer drain plug is removed.

WATER SUPPLY:

•15 to 120 psi water pressure. 120°F to 140° hot water supply recommended.

•Access for manual shut-off valve recommended.

•3/8" compression to 3/8" male NPT fitting for water valve.

•Suggested water line size 3/8" O.D. copper or equivalent.

ELECTRICAL SUPPLY:

•120 volts, 60 Hz protected by a GROUNDED 15 amp fuse or comparable circuit breaker.

TIPS:

•Keep back free of drain, water and electrical supply.

•Connections preferably located toward left side of dishwasher. Care should be taken to route pluming and electrical away from motor and blower.

•When installing the dishwasher in or near a corner, allow enough room for the door to open without interfacing with any cabinet drawers of hardware.

•Dishwasher side panel kits are available: 904025 White, 904025L Almond and 904025P Primer.

Trim Kit DAX1000AXX is required for the procedure.

Raised door panels, typically Wood, have a maximum thickness of 3/8" along the lower 1" of door panel as shown in the shaded portion of drawing. This is done to prevent the panel from contacting with the access panel when dishwasher door is opened.

Thick wood panels should be 1/4" thick. For panels more than 1/4" thick, the outer edge will need to be routered as shown in drawing.

When applying a 3/4" raised panel to 1/4" backing, there must be a 5/16" clearance on side of 1/4" backing. This clearance allows the panel to slide into the flange.

Wood panels need a waterproof protective finish applied to all sides and edges of panels.

Maximum panel weight is 11 1/2 pounds with booster spring (Provided with the DAX1000AXX).
