INSTRUCTIONS FOR JN099 FUSION LCM
Part one: Function Introduction:
1. Detect temperature of CPU,SYS and HDD apart by three sensors, and the displayed temperature degrees range from 0C to 100C
2. According to the temperature detected, adjust the speed of the fan automatically by three independent circuits. There are six adjusting levels. The higher the detected temperature, the faster the fans will operate, which is displayed on the panel.
3. Choose to display the temperature degrees of CPU, SYS and HDD, and the rate of speed of the fan by front switches.
4. Temperature display can be switched between C mode and F mode.
5. Gives a discontinuous alarm for one minute when temperature is too high. Default value of alarming degrees is 65C, user can adjust this value according to their requirements
6. When the temperature is lower than 0C temperature value is displayed as “Low”, and the fan doesn’t work: when the temperature is higher than 100C, it is displayed as “Hi”, and the fan will work at maximum speed. To avoid thermistors damage or (open) this situation, when transducer has space parity, temperature value is displayed as “_ _” and the fan works at maximum speed, when sensors are open circuit.
7. When the fan is open circuit, the operation sign of the fan is hidden, while the temperature value is displayed as normal.
8. Alarm clock function, this can be set up or closed as so required.
9. “POWER LED” and “HDD LED” indicates the status of the main board: If the main board is powered on, “POWER LED” will lights up gradually from bottom to top.
Part Two: Operating Instructions:
1. The valid size of the LCD temperature controller is 97.0 x 29.8mm
2. The temperature controller adopts two types of voltage: +12 V for the fan and the backside lights: +5 V for the whole circuit. To enable the operation of the clock when the PC is off, two batteries (CR2032) are installed on the PCB
3. Instruction of set up mode:
Switch display of temperature values Default display of temperature value is CPU’s temperature, you can switch it by pressing SET (K1) SW, The order as follows:
CPU – SYS – HDD – CPU - ……
Open and close the alarm clock function:
You can open or close the alarm clock function by pressing UP (K2) SW
Switch display temperature mode:
You can switch display temperature mode by pressing DOWN (K3) SW. This enables you to switch between “C” mode and “F” mode.
Modulation with set-up value:
Press and hold down SET (K1) SW for 3 seconds until the “TIME” character flashes (at this moment press SET (K1), you can select alarm clock and temperature alarm as they are flashing, and change by pressing UP (K”) SW to change the value. This can be achieved by using the UP (K2) SW or DOWN (K3) buttons
