Features
All brushes are of fered with black and blue core, to distingish them
when doing lead-free and leaded soldering.
Fiber brushes have a longer lifespan than metal brushes.*

Changing Brushes
Before opening the tip cleaner, unplug it from the mains.
For CLR, open the side closures
and remove the slashguard.
For CLU pull the locking tab to
open the splashguard.

Press the brush buttons (1) to
remove the brushes (2).

The CLR splashguard also works
as a tin collector.

Clean the splashguard/solder collection tray, place them back in its position
and close the cleaner.
Brushes (both, metal and fiber) can be cleaned by immersing them in isopropyl
alcohol. They must be allowed to dry before use.
Align the brush with the a xis and
push them in until a click is heard.
Check if the brush is properly fixed.

including the replacement of defective parts and labour.
Warranty does not cover product wear or misuse.
In order for the war ranty to be valid, e quipment must be returned, postage paid, to
the dealer whe re it was purchas ed.
This pro duct should not be thrown in the gar bage.
In accordance with the European directive 2012/19/EU, electronic
equipment at the end of its life must be collected and returned to an
authorized recycling facility.
