1. Push the nozzle tab i nwards with a
screwdriver or flat-no sed pliers.
2. Insert the nozzle into the JT-TA Heater again.

This tool helps you easily place and remove SMDs of any size using the suction provided by the station.

Edit Program
This option al lows you to edit or cre ate a program.
First , you must s elect the pro gram to edit and th en modif y the points that m ake up the progra m.
Each progra m is composed of 9 points, each po int consisti ng of 3 parameter s:
1. Time (seconds)
2. Temperature (°C / °F)
3. Flow rate (%)
You can delete the last po int of the progra m by selecting “-----” in the ti me parameter.
It should be ta ken into account th at the regulation range per mitted by the station is 150-450°C,
whereby it is n ot possible to cre ate temperature r amps betwee n room temper ature (Toff) an d
150°C.
The station c an store up to 25 temperatu re programs.
The first th ree programs are edited by JBC as a n example.
Copy Program
This option al lows you to copy a progr am.
You must select the pro gram source a nd the program d estination (w here it will be c opied).
Delete Program
This option wi ll allow you to dele te a previously s elected prog ram.

T245 Changing Cartridges

Place the handle in the
extractor and p ull to
remove the car tridge.
Place the handle on top of
the new cartridge and press
down slightly.
Use the holes for fixin g the
cartri dge* as follows:
A. For strai ght C210.
B. For curved C210.

*Important
It is essential to insert the cartridges as far as the mark for a proper connection.
