Dual Tip Cat Back Exhaust

1. Loosen the clamp from the muer inlet to the over axle pipe
2. Support the muer and remove the hangers from the rubber mounts using either a
pry bar, large Channel lock pliers, or both.
3. Remove the exhaust system from the JEEP.
4. Install the 90° end of the JBA inlet pipe to the over axle pipe using one of the 2 1/2”
clamps - snug but do not tighten yet.
5. Slip the JBA Muer onto the inlet pipe with the dual openings towards the drivers
side (sww picture above for reference) using one of the 2 1/2” clamps. Support the
muer and install the hangers into the rubber mounts.
6. Slip the 2 90° pipes in to the muer outlet using 2 1/2” clamps. Snug but do not
tighten.
7. Slip one Polished Stainless tip onto each 90° pipe using the T-Bolt clamps.
8. Align the pipes and muer for the best symmetrical look and tighten all clamps.
Accu Seal clamps to 40-50 lbs. Ft. - T-Bolts until tips are tight (do not overtighten or
you will strip the threads)
9. Check the clamps after a couple of heat cycles to conrm they are still tight. You
may want to tack weld them to assure they don’t work loose over time
