• Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean your UP band.

• Do not expose your UP band to extremely high
or low tempe ratures.

• Do not leave your UP band in direct sunlight for
extended periods of time.

• Do not leave your UP band near open flames such
as cooking burners, candles, or fireplaces.

• Do not bring your UP band into contact with
any sharp object s. This c ould cause scratches
and damage.

• Do not insert anything into your UP band unless
otherwise spec ified in the user instructions.
This may damage the i nternal components.

• Do not attempt to repair, modify, or disassemble
your UP band; it does not contain any
user-service able components.

• Do not leave or store the UP band or any of
its accessories nea r or over your automobile’s
air bag because serious injury may result
when an air bag deploys.

While your UP™ band is designed to be worn 24/7,
its components are electronic and susceptible to
damage if used improperly. Please read the safety
guidelines on the following pages to ensure proper
use and car e.

UP BAND CARE

• Do not expose your UP band to liquid,
moisture, humidity, or rain while charging.
Exposure of the UP band to moisture while
charging could result in electric shock.

• Do not tamper with or abuse the UP band.
For example, without lim itation, do not drop,
disassem ble, open, crush, excessively bend,
deform, puncture, shr ed, microwave, incinerate,
paint, or insert foreign objec ts into the UP band.
