WATER SENSOR Model 45133
1. INTRODUCTION
The door/window sensor model 45133 is designed to detect the water overflo w, wate r leakage or
rising water such as the water level of your bathtub. When water is detected, the receiver will alert
you. It will beep and flash.
In this package, you should find a sensor, 3V lithium battery.
Please follow the instructions below to setup the wate sensor.
2. INSTALLATION
POWER UP
i) Remove the top cover of the sensor and insert the 3V battery to the sensor as shown in the
diagram.
ii) After inserting the battery to the water sensor, press and hold the learn button in the receiver
unit, release the button when the receiver emits a beep. Select the zone location in the
receiver, press the zone button [1 or 2 or 3 or 4] once on the receiver unit. The corresponding
zone red LED on the receiver will flash.
iii) You can test the water sensor by submerging the sensor portion in water. Note: Only the
sensor portion of the water sensor is waterproof, the transmitter portion should ne v er be
submerged in water.
iv) When the sensor portion becomes submerged in water, the receiver unit will emit a long beep
indicating it has learned the code from the sensor.
MOUNTING LOCATION
A clean smooth surface is required to mount the water sensor securely. Mount the transmitter
portion and sensor portion to the appropriate location with suction cups respectively.
OPERATION
When the sensor portion detects water overflow, water leakage, or rising water, the receiver will
beep and the corresponding zone red LED light will flash.
If the sensor is set to zone 4, zone 4 LED on the receiver will flash, and the receiver unit will emit
a continuous “4 beeps”.
By the number of beeps emitted by the receiver, user can identify which zone is triggered.

- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is
connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
WARRANTY
If, within one year from date of purchase, this product should become defective (except battery),
due to faulty workmanship or materials, it will be repaired or replaced, without charge. Proof of
purchase and a Return Authorization are required.
