This model is not a toy!

Note: Not suitable for children under 36 months.

• Read the instructions carefully before using the model. Keep the instructions and packing after reading it.
Operating Safety Instructions
• This product is not intended for use by individuals (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and / or knowledge, unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety and is able to give instructions about how the product should be used. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
with the porduct.
• Warning: Risk of eye injury! Keep a safe distance of at least 1 m.
• Keep hands, hair and loose clothing away from the rotor, not
reach into the rotors.
• Never allow anything to come into contact with the rotors.
• The model can only be own in good weather. Do not y in
wind, rain or thunder storms.
• Find a place to y which complies with any laws, and is free from
obstacles such as trees, houses or power cables.
• The model should not be changed in any way, doing so will invalidate the guarantee.
• Do not expose the model or batteries to direct sunlight, always
keep them in the shade.
General Safety Instructions

Keep away from children
• Never operate the model on rain or over damp surfaces, this may damage the electronics.
• If this model is the rst radio controlled model which you are attempting to build or y, you should secure the assistance of an
experienced model pilot. Your local dealer will be able to assist
you in locating your local model aircraft club or experienced
pilots in your area.
• NEVER y your model over people and never operate the model in way which may endanger people or animals.
• Before and after every ight inspect the model for damage, and
rectify any faults before you attempt to take off. The operator is
responsible for any damage caused by the operation of ying
models.
Important Information for use of batteries and battery packs
• Adhere to the specication of how the batteries should be taken
out or placed into the product.
• Do not recharge disposable batteries!
• Rechargeable batteries should be taken out of the model before charging (if applicable)!
• Only charge rechargeable batteries under adult supervision!
• Different types of batteries or new and used batteries should not be used together!
• Adhere to correct polarity!
• Remove spent batteries from the device!
• Do not short circuit connection terminals!
• The included battery is not charged! Charge before use!
• Do not charge the battery pack immediately after use! If the battery pack becomes warm during use, leave it to cool down before charging!
• Avoid short circuits! This could in the worst case cause res and
in any case it will reduce the battery life.
• Only recharge battery packs with same capacity and specications as the supplied battery pack if you intend to use the supplied charger.
• Keep batteries away from small children!
Information on how to charge the battery pack:
• Connect the battery to the charger.
• Plug the charger into the socket.
• Charge the battery pack until it is fully charged.
• Once fully charged, unplug the charger from the wall socket and disconnect the battery from the charger! The battery is now
ready to use!

1. Mount the undercarriage support.

The undercarriage wire support is doubled-layered as shown…

Undercarriage support and fuselage side peices are jointed and
aligned in a right angle.

7. The motor support already has a side pull and drop installed.
Looking from the cockpit the motor rib is showing to the right.

The fuselage rib and fuselage belts are glued.

Insert further ribs and glue together.
!!Adhere to right angle and make sure nothing is displaced!!
6. The construction is turned. Servo/ battery board and motor sup­port are mounted.

The ribs at the rear for the fuselage are inserted into the groove
and glued.

3 x 4 mm balsa belts are glued to underside and upside.

The baldachin support is mounted from the shown parts.

The slat for wire guidance is glued into place

The frame for the battery cover are assembled as shown. For it to t nicely we recommend to glue it later on once the fuselage
is completed.

The half-rib is now glued to the fuselage.

The baldrachin is made of 4 long wire pieces and 2 diagonal joints.

The 4 long wires are glued into the groove and xed with the plywood side pieces..

The fuselage top is planked with 1.5 mm at the front.

4 mm balsa sanded.

The fuselage back is planked with 1.5 mm balsa and at the top it is rounded with 4 mm balsa leftovers.

The balsa pieces are sanded incl. the empennage dummy. If successful the rear of the fuselage will look as shown once the dummy has been pulled out.

The empennage and rudder. The wire will be used to joint the elevator.

The empennage can be tted to check. You may have to adjust for the rudders to be in a right angle to the fuselage.
28. To build a wing mounting support, use the enclosed plywood pi­eces.

The transition from fuselage to empennage is now completed. Glue a place holder made of 4 mm balsa leftovers together and
lay on fuselage. Do not glue it to the fuselage.

4 mm balsa is glued to the fuselage frontal.
!!Do not let glue drop on the empennage dummy!!

To achive more glue surface, rests from inside can be glued to
the edge.

The cowling is made of two halfs which are later glued together.

Once both pieces are glued together, the fuselage is sanded wet with 400 – 600 sanding paper.

The support is inserted into the fuselage and the wing is put on top. The support is taken out at a later stage. It was made to t and position the wing supports on fuselage/ wing.

The plywood holm is glued to the plank along the edge.
38. The rudder is sanded on one side if foil is used as hindge and on
both sides if a hindge is used.

The holm is tted with ribs and the rear holm is inserted.
The shorted holm is not glued yet.

The undercarriage cover is made of 3 layers of balsa. The rst layer is cut out of 1.5 mm balsa with overlap. For lling in width, 3 mm balsa is used.

Now everything is xed by glueing all parts together. You can also use the plan to do so but a straight line with a right angle is efcient. Only glue parts together which are aligned.
