POUR COMMENCER

1.

Faites un « 8 » avec l’élastique.

Avant tout, choisissez l’élastique qui convient le mieux

à votre collier. Plus votre collier est épais,

plus l’élastique devra être grand.

Puis glissez votre collier dedans.

La coque a été conçue pour protéger votre objet connecté du sable, de
l’eau, et de tout autre danger susceptible d’altérer les fonctions de votre
objet connecté Jagger & Lewis. La coque de protection Jagger & Lewis
est transparente, souple et légère. Elle se fixe et s’enlève très facilement
de votre boitier.

AGGER & LEWIS garantit que le matériel fourni à l’ACHETEUR est exempt de
tous vices, conformément aux articles 1641 et suivants du Code civil. En cas
de survenance d’un vice caché, l’ACHETEUR en informera JAGGER & LEWIS
dans les 30 (trente) jours de la découverte du vice, qui s’entend d’un défaut du
matériel le rendant impropre à son usage et non susceptible d’être décelé par
l’ACHETEUR avant son utilisation. Un défaut de conception n’est pas un vice
caché et l’ACHETEUR est réputé avoir reçu toutes les informations techniques
relatives audit matériel. Si le vice caché est avéré, JAGGER & LEWIS procédera
dans les 30 (trente) jours de l’information, au choix de l’ACHETEUR, si celui-ci
est consommateur au sens de la loi, au remplacement et/ou à la réparation du
matériel ou des pièces défectueuses conformément à l’article 1644 du code civil,
sans que l’ACHETEUR ne puisse prétendre à l’obtention de dommages et intérêts,
pour quelque cause que ce soit.
JAGGER & LEWIS garantit le matériel pendant une durée de un (1) an à compter
de la date d’achat par l’ACHETEUR contre tout défaut de fabrication et de
fonctionnement.
Cette durée de garantie est de deux (2) ans si l’ACHETEUR réside dans l’Union
Européenne.
Cette garantie est limitée et valable uniquement dans les juridictions où les
produits sont vendus par l’entreprise JAGGER & LEWIS elle-même ou par
l’intermédiaire de son revendeur ou agent agréé et est valide dans la mesure
permise par les lois applicables de ces juridictions.
Si le défaut est avéré, JAGGER & LEWIS procédera dans les 30 (trente) jours,
au choix de l’ACHETEUR si celui-ci est consommateur au sens de la loi, au
remplacement et/ou à la réparation du matériel ou des pièces défectueuses, sans

que l’ACHETEUR ne puisse prétendre à l’obtention de dommages et intérêts,
pour quelque cause que ce soit, et sous réserve des conditions de coût prévues
par l’article L. 211-9 du code de la consommation. L’ACHETEUR, s’il est un
consommateur au sens de la loi, est dispensé de rapporter la preuve de l’existence
du défaut de conformité du bien durant les six mois suivant la délivrance du bien.
Ce délai est porté à vingt-quatre mois en ce qui concerne les produits livrés à
compter du 18 mars 2016.
La garantie légale de conformité s’applique indépendamment de la garantie
commerciale proposée par le vendeur.
JAGGER & LEWIS attire l’attention de l’ACHETEUR sur le fait que les
dysfonctionnements issus de chutes et/ou d’écrasements et/ou détérioration par
le chien des matériels vendus sont expressément exclus au titre de la présente
garantie.
La responsabilité de JAGGER & LEWIS ne pourra pas non plus être recherchée
pour toutes détériorations et préjudices provenant de l’usure normale ou de
causes étrangères aux qualités intrinsèques du matériel, telles que celles résultant
d’une utilisation anormale ou du fait de l’ACHETEUR, de l’animal dont lui ou
L’UTILISATEUR effectif a la maîtrise ou de ses préposés : charge, choc, chute ou
fausse manœuvre, protection insuffisante contre l’humidité, la chaleur, le gel, effet
de surtensions électriques et atmosphériques transport, manutention ou montage
non conforme, lorsque ceux-ci ont été effectués par l’ACHETEUR ou un tiers.
Les piles et batteries ne sont pas garanties.

Garantie applicable aux SERVICES :

JAGGER & LEWIS garantit qu’il dispose de tous les droits de propriété
intellectuelle permettant de conclure le présent contrat et qu’à ce titre, il garantit
que les SERVICES fournis en exécution du présent Contrat ne portent pas
atteinte à des droits de tiers et ne constituent pas une contrefaçon d’une œuvre
préexistante.
JAGGER & LEWIS ne fait aucune autre garantie expresse ou implicite
relativement aux SERVICES, y compris, notamment, toute garantie implicite de
qualité marchande ou d’adéquation du SERVICE à un objectif particulier. JAGGER
& LEWIS ne garantit pas les résultats des SERVICES et n’est tenu que d’une
obligation de moyens envers l’ACHETEUR.
Il n’est pas garanti que les fonctionnalités des SERVICES satisfassent les exigences
de l’ACHETEUR.
L’ACHETEUR reconnaît être informé qu’un SERVICE peut contenir des erreurs
et que toutes les erreurs ne sont pas économiquement rectifiables ou qu’il

Make a figure-eight with the rubber band

First, choose the rubber band that works best with

your collar. The thicker the collar, the bigger the rubber

band will have to be.

Then slide your collar into the two loops.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

• For the best results, we recommend that you place the unit on the
underside of your dog’s neck.

• Up to 48 hours of battery life, depending on how often you upload data.

• Depending on your lifestyle and needs, you may need to subscribe to
one of our tracker plans. These plans allow you to take advantage of all
of the smart collar’s features and regularly track your dog’s well-being.

• Our product comes with a two-year warranty for Europe and one year
for others countries.

• The Jagger & Lewis unit also includes a silicone case to protect it in all
sorts of situations: at the beach, at the park, if your dog is particularly
fond of water, etc. The case was designed to protect the smart collar
unit against sand, water, and anything else that might damage the
Jagger & Lewis smart collar. The Jagger & Lewis protective case is
transparent, flexible, and lightweight. It is very easy to put on and take
off of your smart collar unit.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

Jagger & Lewis guarantees that the items provided to the Buyer are free of any
defects, in accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. Should
a latent defect appear, the Buyer shall inform Jagger & Lewis within thirty (30)
days of discovering said defect. A latent defect is understood to mean a defect
in the item that renders said item unfit for usage and which could not have been
detected by the Buyer before using the item. A design flaw is not a latent defect
and the Buyer is considered to have received all technical information relating to
the aforementioned items. If there is shown to be a latent defect, within thirty (30)
days of receiving notice, Jagger & Lewis shall replace and/or repair the defective
parts or items, as per the choice of the Buyer, if that person is a consumer as
defined by French law; this is in accordance with Article 1644 of the French Civil
Code. Under these conditions, the Buyer may not claim any damages for any
reason.
Jagger & Lewis guarantees the items against any manufacturing or functional
defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase by the Buyer.
The duration of this warranty shall be for two (2) years if the Buyer resides in the
European Union.
This warranty is limited and is valid only in jurisdictions where the products are
sold by the company Jagger & Lewis itself or by its approved agent or reseller. This
warranty is valid as permitted by applicable laws in said jurisdictions.
If there is found to be a defect, Jagger & Lewis shall replace and/or repair the
defective parts or items, as per the choice of the Buyer, if that person is a
consumer as defined by French law; under these conditions, the Buyer may
not claim any damages for any reason. These provisions are subject to the cost
conditions set forth in Article L. 211-9 of the French Consumer Code. The Buyer,
if they are a consumer as defined by French law, is exempt from providing proof
of the existence of the defect in the item during the six-month period following

receipt of the item. This period is extended to twenty-four (24) months for
products received on or after March 18, 2016.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently from the commercial
warranty offered by the vendor.
Jagger & Lewis would like to draw the attention of the Buyer to the fact that
malfunctions caused by falls and/or crushing of the items sold, and/or by any
damage caused by the dog, are expressly excluded from this warranty.
Jagger & Lewis cannot be held liable for any damage or harm from normal wear
and tear or from sources unrelated to the intrinsic qualities of the items, such
as those resulting from abnormal usage or caused by the Buyer, by the animal
owned by the Buyer or by the actual User of the items, or by the agents of
said persons. Said sources of damage, when caused by the Buyer or by a third
party, include subjecting the products to weight, impacts, dropping, or improper
handling; insufficient protection against humidity, heat, freezing, or the effects
of overvoltage, including of atmospheric origin; and improper transportation,
handling, or assembly.
The batteries are not guaranteed.

Warranty applicable to Services:

Jagger & Lewis guarantees that it holds all intellectual property rights necessary
for entering into this contract. As such, Jagger & Lewis guarantees that the
Services provided in performance of this Contract do not violate the rights of
third parties and do not constitute infringement of intellectual property rights
held over pre-existing works.
Jagger & Lewis does not make any other express or implicit warranties relating to
the Services, including, notably, any implicit guarantee of the merchantability of
the Service or of its suitability for a particular objective. Jagger & Lewis does not
guarantee the results of the Services and is not held to any obligation to the Buyer
other than its best endeavors.
It is not guaranteed that the functions of the Services will satisfy the requirements
of the Buyer.
The Buyer recognizes that they have been informed that a Service may include
errors, that any errors cannot be financially compensated, and that it is not always
necessary to correct said errors. As such, Jagger & Lewis does not guarantee that
all defects or errors in Services will be corrected.
