INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Always retain label with element until installation is complete. This will assist in casing pack selection (see fig. 6)
Number of brackets required for casing lengths:-
40cm to 120cm = 2 140cm to 220cm = 3 240cm to 300cm = 4
Cut away ends of shrink wrap, remove fitting kit and push fit brackets onto end element plate. Illustration shows brackets fitted for right hand connections.
Fit central support feet if unit is 140cm long or above, see instructions packed with feet.

Offer up unit and mark wall fixings, positioning underside of heat exchanger

Drill 8mm holes, fit Rawl plugs and screw unit to wall.

Fit valves and connect pipe work. Units can now be filled and tested, but do not fit TRV
head at this point.
If top valves are being used refer to instructions packed with valve kits.

Each front panel is 10cm high.
4 bracket nibs = 40cm plus 20cm to floor = casing height required 60cm (600mm)

Alternatively, if you need left hand connections – turn bracket through 180° before clicking onto heat exchanger

Identification e.g. 60. 50. 10

Front panel
Lay front grille flat, fins facing downwards. Position a front plate either side, position with notches at bottom.
Clip together the three parts using front grille clips as shown.
1. Press down centre of clip onto grille ensuring tube grips locate correctly either side of grill tube.
2.3. then press ends of clip over lips of front panels
IMPORTANT! 40cm length casings use different style of clip. See supplement sheet for figs 8 and 8A
Refer to section 8A for clip positions BEFORE assembly
Hang sub assembly onto bottom nibs of bracket.
Remember to remove any remaining element shrink wrap at this point.
Assemble remaining front and top panels
Position each side panel over the lowest front panel ensuring protruding nib hooks into notch. Continue pressing side panel upwards until your hear it clearly snap into place in the notch in the top panel
Now fit the grille. The double fasteners on the underside of the plastic corner piece, must be pressed over the side panel until you hear it click into the slots in the side panel.
Fit Phillips screws and tighten them.
TRV head should now be fitted together with trims and blank plug.

Once the casing is correctly assembled, it will remain in one piece and can be removed and refitted as an assembly.
