DESCRIPTION:

MODULAR BISTRO OPEN BURNERS. To be
model # JBR _____ manufactured by Jade Range.
Shallow Depth Heavy Duty Modular Range - open
burners are to have cast iron 30,000 BTU hex
burners with one 12” x 12” steel grate over each
burner. To be controlled by infinite gas valve.
Frame to be 100% welded construction. To be s/s
front and sides. All gas tubing to be s/s throughout.

BASE OPTIONS:

• Floor length legs

• Refrigerator base (remote or self-contained)

• Freezer base (remote or self-contained)
