PROGRESSIVE TRACTION LEVER SLICER

lubrication system

The micronised lubrication system
invented by JAC oils the blades for
cutting bread with a high rye content.
This system uses the least possible
amount of lubricant (120 ml per
1,000 loaves), and ensures clean
slicing and a clean machine at all
times.
