Q5: Finished cards have serrations.
The appropriate blade unit must be replaced.
(1) If the longer sides of cards are serrated, then the cutter unit should be replaced.
(2) If the shorter sides of cards are serrated, then the slitter unit should be replaced.

Q6: The finished cards are irregular in size (±0.2 mm or more).
The paper is curling excessively, so it is not fed properly. Uncurl the paper.
The paper has excessive frictional resistance, so it is not fed properly.
The paper supply unit is not properly mounted. (See Page 6.)
Static electricity is not well controlled. (See Page 7.)
The printed output was produced a moment ago, so it is coated with silicone oil. (See Page 5.)
If none of the possible causes above apply and finished cards are still irregular in size, then
your CT334exa is out of order.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q7: Finished cards are regular in size but irregular in printing position.
Check to see if the printed output is produced according to the prescribed imposition. (See
Page 4.)
The printer is not set properly.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q8: Finished business cards are disarranged. Margins cut off hop around in the margin
receiver.
Such problems can be caused by static electricity.
(1) The CT334exa is not properly grounded. (See Page 7.)
(2) The CT334exa is used in an excessively dry environment. A humidifier effectively solves these
problems.
The gravity of the paper is too low.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q9: The display of the operation panel does not work correctly.
Your CT334exa is out of order.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q10: CT334exa behaves abnormally.
The microcontroller malfunctions because of external noise.
Turn off the power. Then wait five seconds after the lamps on the operation panel go out and
turn the power on again to reset the microcontroller.
The voltage dropped momentarily.
Many appliances are connected to the outlet.
If the microcontroller is reset and the problem is not still solved, then your CT334exa is out of
order.
