The HOME MENU displays all Sources, along with Settings, Audio, Display and Camera options.
SOURCES that are not currently available are grayed out.
POWER UP!
With vehicle ignition in the ON or ACC position, Press and Hold the Mulifunction Knob.
The source will automatically default to the last source used prior to powering down.
You can adjust the audio volume at start-up in MENU > AUDIO > VOLUME
> Start Volume Mode
The Information Bar is located at the top of the screen. Depending on the SOURCE, it will provide information or content sensitive controls. Also contains the MENU/BACK button, time display, paired phone signal and battery info, mute and dimming functions.

The Source Tabs are located across the bottom of the screen and give you direct access to common sources. Five of the Tabs are customizable in MENU >

The BT MUSIC and PHONE Tabs will be highlighted Blue if a phone is paired and connected,
If the display becomes unresponsive, you can reset the unit by pressing the Reset Button with a paper clip or similiar. Vehicle ignition should be ON when resetting.

Pairing a Device
1) Select Settings from the Phone
...main menu to go to Device/Setup.
2) Select Add on the Device page. Place your device in Discoverable
Mode.
3) Select your device from the list. Select Connect to initiate pairing
4) Select Pair when prompted

If your device does not appear
in the device list, conrm it is
discoverable and select Retry

Once your device is paired and connected, you can select the Setup Tab in the Settings.
Auto Connect (On/Off): Set to ON if you want your phone to automatically connect when the system is turned on.

Contacts
While your phone is paired, you may access your contacts by selecting Contacts. It may take several minutes to load all your contacts. When you select a contact from the list, all associated numbers will be displayed on the left side of the screen. Touch the number you want to dial.
To Search your contact list, select the magnifying glass icon on the Information Bar.
To Add a contact number to your Favorite list, just touch the star next to the contact phone number and it will be added to your Favorite list.
Call Log
The Call Log lists recently Dialed, Received and Missed calls. Touch the contact or phone number to call back.
Search Contacts
Pin Code: Change the pin code for Bluetooth connection. The default pin code is "1234"
Microphone Gain (0-6): Adjusts the volume of your voice when using using hands free phone.

Activating your SiriusXM Subscription

After installing your SiriusXM Connect Vehicle Tuner and antenna, power on your radio and select SiriusXM mode. You should be able to hear the SiriusXM preview channel on Channel 1. If you cannot hear the preview channel, please check the installation instructions to make sure your SiriusXM Connect tuner is properly installed.
After you can hear the preview channel, tune to Channel 0 to nd the Radio ID of
your tuner. In addition, the Radio ID is located on the bottom of the SiriusXM Connect Vehicle Tuner and its packaging. You will need this number to activate your subscription. Write the number down for reference.

As part of the activation process, the SiriusXM satellites will send an activation message to your tuner. When your radio detects that the tuner has received the activation message, your radio will display: Subscription Updated. Once subscribed, you can tune to channels in your subscription plan. Note, the activation process usually takes 10 to 15 minutes, but may take up to an hour. Your radio will need to be powered on and receiving the SiriusXM signal to receive the activation message.

Displays a list of availble SiriusXM channels. Touching Info will provide additional information on what is currently playing on each channel (Artist, Song, Content Info).
Signal Strength

Displays a list of channel categories. When a category is selected, a list of matching channels will display. Selecting All Channels will display all channels in numerical order.
Preset Channels
A total of 18 SiriusXM channels can be stored in memory. To cycle through the preset banks, press the SXM Tab repeatedly.
To assign a preset, go to desired channel, touch and hold a preset location until preset button highlights and channel name appears.
To reset the presets back to original settings: Go t o MENU > Settings > Load Defaults * The reset process takes 3-4 minutes and will reset ALL saved settings to Factory Default

Direct Tuning
If you know the channel number you want, you can touch the Numeric Keypad Icon on the Information Bar and enter the channel number directly. (See Page 17 for Parental Control function).
SiriusXM Replay™
Replay allows you to pause, rewind and replay up to 1 hour of live SiriusXM Satellite Radio.
Pressing Pause or Rewind while listening to a live broadcast will enable Replay mode.

Parental Control
The SiriusXM Parental Control feature allows you to prevent access to inappropriate mature content for a younger listener. When enabled, the Parental Control feature requires you to enter a passscode to access the channels that are rated as Mature Channels.
By default, all channels are Unlocked and the Lock Code is 1234
Lock Mature Channels:
1. Touch the Numeric Keypad Icon on the Information Bar.
2. Touch the Parental Control button.
3. Select Lock Mature Channels
4. Enter 4 digit lock code.
Unlock Mature Channels:
1. Touch the Numeric Keypad Icon on the Information Bar.
2. Touch the Parental Control button.
3. Select Unlock Mature Channels
4. Enter 4 digit lock code. Set/Change Lock Code:
Select Set Lock Code, enter old code and then enter new code.

Apple CarPlay

Set up Apple CarPlay
You can use Apple CarPlay to get directions, make calls, send and receive messages, and more.
You need an iPhone 5 or later to use Apple CarPlay. Also, make sure that you're in an area that supports Apple CarPlay and that Siri is on. To turn on Siri on your phone, go to Settings > Siri & Search.
With the your vehicle running, plug your iPhone into the Apple CarPlay USB port. Apple CarPlay will launch automatically.
If your iPhone is already plugged into the USB, touch MENU > Apple
CarPlay or press the HOME BUTTON > Apple CarPlay to launch Apple
CarPlay. NOTE: If Apple CarPlay will not
launch, see Page 25 for Apple Carplay Settings.
The display will show available apps. Only apps that are supported by Apple CarPlay will appear.
Home Button / Siri
Ask Siri for what you need.
Press the Voice Control button or touch the Home button in Apple CarPlay until Siri appears on the display, then say what you need.
Set up Andriod Auto
Make sure your phone is running Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or later. Download the Android Auto app from Google Play on your device. Once the app is installed, open the app and follow the setup steps.
Connect your phone
Before you connect your phone for
the rst time, turn on your car. Make
sure it's in park (P) and that you have time to set up Android Auto.
1. Unlock your phone's screen.
2. Connect your phone using a USB cable.
3. Your phone might ask you to download or update certain apps, like Google Maps.
4. Review the Safety Information and Android Auto permissions to access your apps.
5. Turn on notications for Android
Auto. For the best experience, we recommend accepting all requests.
Your phone’s Bluetooth will be turned on automatically when Android Auto is connected to the car via USB.

Touch MENU > HDMI or press the HOME BUTTON > HDMI to switch to the HDMI input.
The HDMI input can be used for an external DVD player, streaming sticks, media players, smartphone mirroring.
You can only view HDMI content with the vehicle in Park and the parking brake ON.
Settings > Background
Allows you to change the background image. You can upload up to 3 of your own images. To upload an image(s), copy images onto a USB thumb drive and connect drive to one of the USB ports. Touch the + symbol and select image. Background images should be 1024*600 resolution and .BMP format. Size is not limited.

When viewing HDMI content, the Information Bar will auto-hide. To access the Information Bar, touch anywhere on the screen.

DISPLAY SETTINGS
Touch MENU > AV IN or press the HOME BUTTON > AV IN to switch to the AV input.
You can only view the AV input with the vehicle in Park and the parking brake ON.
When viewing the AV IN, the Information Bar will auto-hide. To access the Information Bar, touch anywhere on the screen.

NAVIGATION
To access the optional Navigation, touch MENU > NAVIGATION or press the NAVIGATION BUTTON on the right side of the display.

15 Band Equalizer and EQ presets
The EQ has four global factory presets: Bass Boost - Rhythym - Vocal - Flat. There are 3
User dened presets. User 1 & 2 presets are
"source dependent" so each source can be tuned differently. For example, if you are listening to BT Music and access the EQ and save a User preset, that particular User preset will only be available when listening to BT Music. The Master Preset is a global setting that will EQ all audio sources.
NOTE
Use Left/Right Arrows to change settings. Use BACK arrow to Save and Exit. Default button resets settings to default values.

Using the blue Up and Down arrows, you can fade.

Using the blue Left and Right arrows, you can adjust the speaker balance left and right.
Time Alignment [OFF-ON]
When set to ON, select the gear icon to adjust Time Alignment settings.
Audio > Speaker > Time Alignment
Time Alignment compensates for the uneven distances between the speakers and a listener’s ears. Time Alignment delays signals from the closest speaker(s), so that all the sound arrives at the listening position at the same time, giving the listener a more accurate, life-like stereo image.
To set the Time Alignment, select a Listen­ing Position, and then measure from each speaker to the Listening Position. Input speaker distance values in inches into the appropriate positions.
Each Listening Position can have a unique set of values.

Saving an EQ User/Master Preset
When you make an adjustment to the equalizer you will be prompted to select a preset location. Select a User or Master position located on the top Information Bar. When you are done adjusting the EQ, touch the Back/Return Arrow to save your settings. Note: You can also modify and save the factory presets as User presets.

Black Screen with Audio
Touch the screen anywhere as it may have been turned off, see page 29. Ensure the cables on the back of the screen are fully locked into place and also properly connected at the back of the radio module.
Bluetooth
Device will not Pair
Ensure Bluetooth is turned ON in your device settings. Delete all unused devices. Delete any "Stinger" device. Restart/ Reboot device and try pairing again. (Page: 10)
Music Volume is low
- Turn up volume on device
- Turn up volume on head unit.
- Turn up BT Volume Gain (Page: 28)
Phone Volume is low
- Turn up volume on device
- Turn up volume on head unit.
- Turn up BT Volume Gain (Page: 28)
- Turn up Mic Gain (Page: 10)
Video/Cameras
Rear Camera not displaying in reverse
- Make sure rear camera trigger is ON (Page: 22)
- If display is showing NO SIGNAL in reverse,
..ensure camera RCA is plugged into ..correct RCA input (CAMERA IN).
- Conrm camera has power and ground.
- Conrm camera trigger is receiving
..positve12V.

Check Antenna
The radio has detected a fault with the SiriusXM antenna. The antenna cable may be either disconnected or damaged.
- Verify that the antenna cable is connected
..to the SiriusXM Connect Vehicle Tuner.
- Inspect the antenna cable for damage and kinks.
Replace the antenna if the cable is damaged.

Check Tuner
The radio is having difculty communicating
with the SiriusXM Connect Vehicle Tuner. The tuner may be disconnected or damaged.
- Verify that the SiriusXM Connect Vehicle

No Signal
The SiriusXM Connect Vehicle Tuner is having
difculty receiving the SiriusXM satellite signal.
- Verify that your vehicle is outdoors with a
..clear view of the sky.
- Verify that the SiriusXM magnetic mount
..antenna is mounted on a metal surface on ..the outside of the vehicle.
- Move the SiriusXM antenna away from any obstructions. Inspect the antenna cable for damage and kinks.
- Consult the SiriusXM Connect Vehicle tuner installation manual for more information on antenna installation.
Replace the antenna if the cable is damaged.
