FOR A POSTURE BOARD OR BOX SPRING.

ALWAYS USE THE RECOMMENDED SIZE MATTRESS OR MATTRESS SUPPORT, OR BOTH,
TO HELP PREVENT THE LIKELIHOOD OF ENTRAPMENT OR FALLS.

USE ONLY COIL SPRING MATTRESSES ON BOTH THE UPPER AND LOWER BUNKS. FAILURE
TO DO SO CAN RESULT IN INJURY.

USE ONLY MATTRESSES WHICH ARE 74"-75" LONG AND 37 1/2" - 38 1/2" WIDE ON UPPER
AND ON LOWER BUNKS. ENSURE THICKNESS OF MATTRESS DOES NOT EXCEED 6".
SURFACE OF MATTRESS MUST BE AT LEAST 5" (127MM) BELOW THE UPPER EDGE OF

Repeat this step to attach headboard top cross (U) to the bottom headboard top rail (G).

STEP 1

Insert wood dowels (7) into the holes of the top headboard top rail (F).
Attach headboard top cross (U) to the top headboard top rail (F) with flat head screws (10)
using a Phillips screwdriver (not included).

NOTE: Be sure to use headboard top cross (U) with warning label attached to it between
top posts (A) and (C). See illustration for label orientation.

Repeat this step to assemble other headboard.

TWIN BUNK BED

STEP 2

Insert wood dowels (7) into the ends of headboard top cross (U) and headboard bottom
cross (W). Insert top headboard panel (V) into the grooves of the headboard top cross (U),
then push the headboard bottom cross (W) up to firmly secure it in place. Attach top posts
(A & C) with wood joint connectors (3) using hex key (8).

STEP 3

Insert wood dowels (7) into the ends of headboard top cross (U) and headboard bottom cross
(W). Insert bottom headboard panel (S) into the grooves of the headboard top cross (U), then
push the headboard bottom cross (W) up to firmly secure it in place. Attach bottom posts (D &
E) using wood joint connectors (3) as shown. Tighten the wood joint connectors (3) with the
hex key (8).
Repeat this step to assemble other headboard.

Note: This is the lower bunk.

Attach two headboards to the bottom front side rail (I) and bottom back side rail (K) with joint
connectors (1) and barrel nuts (9) using the hex key (8).

Insert barrel nuts (9) to the top side rails (H & J).
Insert wood dowels (7) into each end of the long guardrails (M).
Attach two long guardrails (M) and two top side rails (H and J) to the top posts (A, B and C)
as shown.
Fasten top side rails (H & J) with joint connectors (1) and barrel nuts (9). Fasten long
guardrails (M) with wood joint connectors (3).
Tighten the joint connectors (1) and wood joint connectors (3) with hex key (8).
Note: This is the upper bunk.

STEP 6

NOTE: Slats (T & L) will be placed between two wooden blocks.
NOTE: If you notice that any slats (L) are not perfectly flat, be sure to assemble them so

that slats (L) curves up in the middle and down on the ends.

Insert two slats (T) into the center slots of the bottom side rails (I & K) on the lower bunk as
shown.

Insert slats (L) into the remaining holes on the bottom side rails (I & K) on the lower bunk.
Secure slats (L) to the bottom side rails (I & K) with flat head screws (4) using a Phillips
screwdriver (not included).

Repeat this process for the upper bunk.

NOTE: Once inserted, there should be three empty spaces left on each side.

STEP 7

TWIN BUNK BED

Insert wood dowels (7) in the ends of short guardrails (N). Attach short guardrails (N) to the
top post (A) with wood joint connectors (3) using hex key (8).

Attach guardrail leg (R) to the short guardrails (N) and top front side rail (H) with flat head
screws (6). Attach another guardrail leg (R) to the long guardrails (M) and top back side
rail (J) with flat head screws (6) as shown. Use Phillips screwdriver (not included) to tighten
flat head screws.

STEP 8

TWIN BUNK BED

Place four metal dowels (5) into the holes in the bottom headboard top rail (G). Stack the
top bunk onto the bottom bunk with the help of another person.

STEP 9

TWIN BUNK BED

To assemble the ladder, insert wood dowels (7) into the end of the ladder steps (Q). Attach
long ladder end (O) and short ladder end (P) to ladder steps (Q) with wood joint connectors
(2). Tighten the wood joint connectors (2) with the hex key (8).

TWIN BUNK BED

Attach the ladder to the short guardrails (N), top side rail (H) and bottom side rail (I) with
wood joint connectors (2) as shown.

NOTE: If slats (L) is covering the ladder mounting holes, remove slat (L) and replace after
the ladder is attached.

With the help of another person, remove the top bunk from the lower bunk.

TWIN BUNK BED

Note: Switching the headboards will allow the two single beds to be identical (the
headboards will have taller posts and the footboards will have the shorter posts).

Remove the ladder and all the guardrails.

Disassemble the side rails from all headboards (top and lower bunks).

Re-assemble the headboards (with tall posts) and footboards (with short posts) to side
rails.

Inserte clavijas de madera (7) en los agujeros del borde superior de la cabecera superior (F).
Una el travesaño superior de la cabecera (U) con el borde superior de la cabecera superior (F) con
tornillos de cabeza plana (10) utilizando un destornilldor Phillips (no incluido).

NOTE: Asegúrese de utilizar el travesaño superior de la cabecera (U) que tiene una etiqueta de
advertencia entre las patas superiores (A) y (C). Observe la ilustración para ver la orientación
de la etiqueta.

Repita esta etapa para ensamblar la otra cabecera.

NOTA: Los listones (T y L) quedarán ubicados entre dos bloques de madera. NOTA: Si observa que los
listones (L) no están perfectamente planos, asegúrese de colocarlos de manera que la curva esté hacia
arriba en el medio y hacia abajo en los extremos.

Inserte dos listones (T) en las ranuras ubicadas en el centro de los largueros laterales inferiores (I y K)
en la cucheta de abajo como ilustrado.

Inserte listones (L) en los agujeros que quedan en los largueros laterales inferiores (I y K) de la cucheta
de abajo. Fije los listones (L) a os largueros laterales inferiores (I y K) con tornillos de cabeza plana (4)
utilizando un destornillador Phillips (no incluido).

Repita este procedimiento para la cucheta de arriba.

NOTA: Una vez los listones instalados, deberían quedar tres espacios vacíos de cada lado.

LITERA SIMPLE

Inserte clavijas de madera (7) en los extremos de las barandas cortas (N). Una las barandas cortas (N)
con la pata superior (A) con conectores para madera (3) utilizando la llave hexagonal (8).

Una el soporte de baranda (R) a las barandas cortas (N) y al larguero lateral anterior superior (H) con
tornillos de cabeza plana (6). Una otro soporte de baranda (R) con las barandas largas (M) y el larguero
lateral posterior superior (J) con tornillos de cabeza plana (6) como ilustrado. Utilice un destornillador
Phillips (no incluido) para ajustar los tornillos.

ETAPA 8

LITERA SIMPLE

Coloque cuatro clavijas de metal (5) en los agujeros del borde superior de la cabecera inferior (G). Con
la ayuda de otra persona, coloque la cucheta de arriba sobre la cucheta de abajo.

ETAPA 9

LITERA SIMPLE

Para ensamblar la escalera, inserte clavijas de madera (7) en los extremos de los
escalones (Q). Una el lado largo de la escalera (O) y el lado corto de la escalera (P) con
los escalones (Q) con conectores para madera (2). Ajuste los conectores para madera (2)
con la llave hexagonal (8).

Una la escalera con las barandas cortas (N), con el larguero lateral superior (H) y el larguero lateral
inferior (I) con conectores para madera (2) como ilustrado.

NOTA: Si un listón (L) cubre los agujeros para instalar la escalera, retire le listón (L) y vuelva a
colocarlo una vez instalada la escalera.

Retire la escalerilla y todas las barandas.
Con la ayuda de otra persona, retire la cucheta superior de la cucheta inferior.
Separe los largueros de las cabeceras (cucheta superior e inferior).
Vuelva a fijar las cabeceras (con las patas altas) y los pies de la cama (con las patas
cortas) a los largueros.

Nota: El intercambiar las cabeceras hará que las dos camas simples sean idénticas (las
cabeceras tendrán las patas más altas y los pies de la cama tendrán las patas más cortas.

ÉTAPE 1

Insérez des goujons de bois (7) dans les trous de la bordure supérieure de la tête de lit du haut (F).
Attachez la traverse de la tête de lit du haut (U) à la bordure supérieure de la tête de lit du haut (F) avec
des vis à tête platte (10) à l'aide d'un tournevis cruciforme (non compris).

Répétez cette étape pour attacher la traverse de la tête de lit du haut (U) à la bordure supérieure de la tête
de lit du bas (G).

NOTE: Assurez-vous que la traverse de la tête de lit du haut (U) qui a une étiquette d'avertissement soit
placée entre les pieds supérieurs (A) et (C). Observez l'illustration pour voir l'orientation de l'étiquette.

ÉTAPE 2

Insérez des goujons de bois (7) dans les bouts de la traverse de la tête de lit du haut (U) et de la traverse
de la tête de lit du bas (W). Insérez le panneau de la tête de lit du haut (V) dans les rainures de la traverse
de la tête de lit du haut (U), et poussez la traverse de la tête de lit du bas (W) vers le haut pour la fixer à sa
place. Attachez les pieds supérieurs (A et C) avec des raccordements pour bois (3) à l'aide de la clé
hexagonale (8).

Répétez cette étape pour assembler l'autre tête de lit.

Insérez des goujons de bois (7) dans les bouts de la traverse de la tête de lit du haut (U) et de la traverse de la
tête de lit du bas (W). Insérez le panneau de la tête de lit du bas (S) dans les rainures de la traverse de la tête
de lit du haut (U), et poussez la traverse de la tête de lit du bas (W) vers le haut pour bien la fixer à sa place.
Attachez les pieds inférieurs (D et E) avec des raccordements pour bois (3) comme illustré. Serrez les
raccordements pour bois (3) à l'aide de la clé hexagonale (8).
Répétez cette étape pour assembler l'autre tête de lit.

ÉTAPE 4

Attachez deux têtes de lit à la barra latérale inférieure avant (I) et à la barre latérale inférieure arrière (K) avec
des boulons de raccordement (1) et des écrous transversals (9) à l'aide de la clé hexagonale (8).

Note: Ceci est la couchette du bas.

Insérez des écrous transversals (9) dans les barres latérales supérieures (H et J).
Insérez des goujons de bois (7) dans les deux bouts des longues barrières (M).
Attachez deux longues barrières (M) et les deux barres latérales supérieures (H et J) aux
pieds supérieurs (A, B et C) comme illustré.
Fixez les barres latérales supérieures (H et J) avec des boulons de raccordement (1) et des
écrous transversals (9). Fixez les barrières longues (M) avec des raccordements pour bois
(3).
Serrez les boulons de raccordement (1) et les raccordements pour bois (3) à l'aide de la clé
hexagonale (8).
Note: Ceci est la couchette du haut.

NOTE: Les lattes (T et L) seront placées entre deux blocs de bois.
NOTE: Si vous observez que certaines lattes ne sont pas parfaitement plates, assurez-vous de les

assembler de façon à ce que la courbe des lattes (L) soit vers le haut au milieu et vers le bas dans les
bouts.

Insérez deux lattes (T) dans les rainures placées dans le centre des barres latérales inférieures (I et K)
dans la couchette du bas comme illustré.

NOTE: Une fois les lattes placées, il devrait rester trois espaces vides de chaque côté.

Insérez des lattes (L) dans les trous qui restent dans les barres latérales inférieures (I et K) de la
couchette du bas. Fixez les lattes (L) aux barres latérales inférieures (I et K) avec des vis à tête plate (4)
à l'aide d'un tournevis cruciforme (non compris).

Répétez cette procédure pour la couchette du haut.

Insérez des goujons de bois (7) dans les bouts des barrières courtes (N). Attachez les barrières courtes
(N) aux pieds supérieurs (A) avec des raccordements pour bois (3) à l'aide de la clé hexagonale (8).

Attachez un support de barrière (R) à la barrière courte (N) et à la barre latérale supérieure avant (H)
avec des vis à tête plate (6). Attachez un autre support de barrière (R) aux longues barrières (M) et à la
barre latérale supérieure arrière (J) avec des vis à tête plate (6) comme illustré. Servez-vous d'un
tournevis cruciforme (non compris) pour serrer les vis.

ÉTAPE 8

LITS SIMPLES SUPERPOSÉS

Placez quatre goujons de métal (5) dans les trous de la bordure supérieure de la tête de lit du bas (G).
Avec l'aide d'une autre personne, placez la couchette du haut sur la couchette du bas.

ÉTAPE 9

LITS SIMPLES SUPERPOSÉS

Pour assembler l'échelle, insérez des goujons de bois (7) dans les bouts de marches (Q).
Attachez le côté long de l'échelle (O) et le côté court de l'échelle (P) aux marches (Q) avec

Attachez l'échelle aux barrières courtes (N), à la barre latérale supérieure avant (H) et à la barre latérale
inférieure avant (I) avec des raccordements pour bois (2) comme illustré.

NOTE: Si une latte (L) couvre les trous pour monter l'échelle, retirez la latte (L) et replacez-la une fois
l'échelle fixée.

Avec l'aide d'une autre personne, enlevez le lit supérieur du lit inférieur.

NOTE: Changer les têtes de lit permettra aux deux lits jumeaux d'être identiques (les têtes de lit auront des
poteaux plus grands et les pieds de lit auront des poteaux plus courts).

Enlevez l'échelle et toutes les barrières.

Démontez les longerons de toutes les têtes de lit (lits supérieur et inférieur).

Ré-assemblez les têtes de lit (avec les grands poteaux) et les pieds de lit (avec les poteaux courts) aux rails.
