Il Gelataio

Gelataio is the traditional refrigerated counter
reinterpreted in contemporary taste, It has
pozzetti (basins) that allow an excellent
conservation of the ice cream, a large
operational flexibility and the simultaneous
management of three different operating
temperatures, this happens with all the
convenience of a static induction refrigeration
system(thanks to the exclusive”Multiple”
technology), that does not require defrosting
operations and frequent maintenance
procedures. The Ice Cream is a style icon with
a patented design, brilliant in its essentiality
and embellished by precious materials such
as stainless steel with mirror finish and the
Solid Surface worktop, and represents
the ideal solution for free-standing
