Pastry laboratory upright cabinets TN with
ventilated (VR) or static refrigeration (SR) and
double finned evaporator positioned vertically
along the side panels. They can be set-up for
holding pastry trays (mm 60O x 400). One
piece structure with ecological polyurethane
insulation (HCFC & HFC free), foamed with C0

- 60 mm thick. lnternal base in bright stainless
steel with rounded corners for an easier
cleaning. Exterior base and door in Scotch
Brite (SS) stainless steel. Insulated door with
automatic closure, lock with key and double
gasket. Control board with electronic board
and humidity control. Manual stop compressor
defrosting. Built-in hermetic condensing unit.
Pivoting wheels for an easier handing. Pull-out
rack in stainless steel with adjustable guides.
This cabinet is filled for holding 23 trays in
RV version, and 25 trays in RS version (Iength
mm 50).

centralina elettronica e controllo dell’umidità
relativa, con sbrinamento manuale per fermata
compressore. Unità condensatrice ermetica
a bordo. Ruote pivottanti per facilitarne la
movimentazione. Cremagliera di supporto
rimovibile in acciaio inox con guide regolabili in
altezza. Capacità massima per porta pari a 23
teglie nella versione RV e 25 nella versione RS
(passo mm 50).
