GHZ Socket (-M)

Assembly Instructions

1. Place LGA package (land side down) into the socket. NOTE: LGA orientation on target PCB is critical.

2. Place the compession plate on top of the LGA package.

3. Install the socket top assembly with the hardware provided (four 0-80 screws).

4. Turn the compression screw clockwise, until it makes contact with the compression plate.

5. Turn an additional 1/8th to 1/4th of a turn.
