Operating Guide
Step 1 - Prepare the Remote Transmitter and Receiver Collar:
Charg e the R emo te Tra nsmitter and Re cei ver C ollar
1. Unco ver t he Ch arg ing Port by lifti ng th e rub ber cover.
2. Inse rt th e cha rgi ng connector in to th e Cha rging Port.
3. Plug t he ch arg er in to a standard wal l out let .
4. A solid red light will appear on the Indicator Light, indicating charging is oc cur ring.
5. Once ch arg ing is comp let e, the solid red l igh t will turn t o a solid green lig ht.
6. Remove the charging connector, and replace the rubber cover to protect the Cha rging Port.

Th er e is no n ee d to tu rn o ff t he transmitter. Wh en there is n o buttons being press ed on t ran smi tte r, the unit turns o ff automatically. Pre ss any button and the transmitter will power back on automatically.

Press the ON/OFF button on the recei ver to power the unit on or off. When the receiver is powered on, the indicating light will flash green.

Step 2 – Pairing Collar Receiver to Transmitter
No te : Transmitter an d re ce iv er a re pre-paired when le av in g ou r
man ufacturing facili ty. In cas e the pairin g is not es tablished or you would like to r epa ir th e uni ts, please foll ow th e ins tructions bel ow:
1. P owe r on t he Coll ar Re ceive r by pres sing th e ON/OF F butto n on the Co lla r Re cei ver.
2. P re ss a nd hold the O N/ OFF butto n fo r ab out 3 seconds u nt il a b eep so un ds, and the ind ic ating lig ht w ill begin f la sh q uickl y.
3. Pres s any b utt on on t he transmitte r onc e the C ollar Receive r bee ps. When the Remote Transmitter and Collar Receiver are paired successfully the ind ica tin g wil l stop flashing q uic kly.
4. If n eeding to p air a se cond Coll ar Receiv er, follow t he same ste ps but first pu sh yo ur Toggl e Swi tch in the ot her d ire ction.
Step 3 - Tes t the Trai ning Sy stem Fu nctio ns
The tes tin g met hod s will help deter min e whe ther the traini ng sy ste m is func tioning as intended and will also teach you how to operate the system. Please ensu re th at the pairing p roc ess is complete bef ore a ttempting to test th e fun cti ona lity.

In you r package that you received, you will find a clea r almost transluce nt pl as ti c piece t ha t ha s a l ig ht b ul b/ fu se i n the m id dl e of it. This i s yo ur Elect ron ic Pu lse S timulation te ste r. Thi s com pon ent DOES NOT attach to the Collar Receiver by any means and is only for testing the static shock mode. To test the Ele ctr oni c Pul se Stimulatio n, fo llo w these steps:
1. P ut th e te st li ght ove r the Ele ctr odes of t he Coll ar Rece ive r you wis h to t est .
2. Ensure the Toggle Switch is in the correct position for the Collar Receiver you're testing.
3. Adjus t the I nte nsi ty Dial off of 100.
4. Pres s the S tat ic Sh ock Button on you r Rem ote Tr ansmitter.

Important: The proper fit and placement of the Collar Receiver is essential fo r eff ec tive tr ainin g. The el ectro de s must ha ve d ire ct c ontac t wi th the dog's s kin .
(1) To fit the Collar Re cei ver, a tta ch the Colla r Str ap to t he Re ceiver. (2) Wi th the dog standing in fro nt of you, place the Colla r Recei ver aro und the dog's neck, so the receiver box and Contact Points are on the underside of y ou r do g' s ne ck , ma ki ng d ir ec t co nt ac t wi th t he d og 's s ki n. I f di re ct conta ct is not p oss ible, shav ing s ome fur a way, t o ensure goo d contact is reco mme nde d.
(3 ) Fas ten the c oll ar stra p. Th e fit should b e snug, b ut no t taut. A fin ger sh ou ld b e ab le t o be place d be ne at h th e co ll ar s tr ap w he n ar ou nd t he dog's n eck .
(4 ) Allow th e do g to wear t he C ol la r Re ce iv er f or several minutes an d check t he st rap a gai n. Th e dog w ill soon become m ore f ami liar with the Collar Rec eiver, so it is crucial to ensure the fit comforta ble and flattering.

Most do gs fe el un com fortable when w ear ing t he collar for the v ery first time. Do not use any functi ons unt il the dog is acc ust omed to the col lar.

The design of the co llar disco urag es con stan t wear ing. We recom mend not hav ing the dog w ear t he co lla r for more than 12 ho urs o ut of e very 24-hour pe rio d.
Is the tr ain ing s yst em suitable for a ll do gs?
The collar is adju sta ble f rom l eng th 5. 9” (15cm) to 19.6” (50cm ), if t he do g's n eck circu mfe ren ce is s maller than 5.9 ”, yo u wil l be forced to reth rea d the c oll ar, if the dog's ne ck circum fer ence is lar ger than 22 ”, this collar m ay not be sui table for t he dog. This colla r is no t sui tab le for dogs under 1 5lb s.

(3 ) Durin g th e first i ni ti al t ra ining s es si on s, k ee p t he d og in a f am il ia r outdo or envir onm ent . Trai ning in new locat ion s may c ause the dog to bec ome d ist rac ted, cau sing you to rei nforce com mand s with the Collar Rec eiver more than necessary.
(4) Use a lo ng l eas h fa stened to a non -me tallic collar to h elp the dog 's l ear ning. Ensur e the add iti ona l collar and leash do es not in terfere wi th the Co nta ct Points on the Co lla r Rec eiv er. Do not use the rem ote t rai ning collar wit hou t a lon g leash until y our d og is f ull y trained.
