IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
This easy to follow user guide will help you to get the most out of your product’s amazing features.
Your tablet should be treated with care. The information below has been provided for you in the interest of safety and will help you to enjoy this product and its benefits:
• Keep the product and all of its parts out of the reach of children;
• This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, Psychological conditions, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety;
• Keep it dry. Avoid exposure to precipitation, humidity and liquids which could aect the product circuitry;
DO NOT leave it in high temperatures as electronic devices and plastic parts may warp in heat;
DO NOT leave it in low temperatures as moisture can form inside the product, which may damage the circuit board;
DO NOT block or cover slots, holes or openings on the product by placing on soft furnishings such as carpets, rugs or beds, as these are provided for functionality and/or ventilation to ensure safe operation of the product;
DO NOT expose the tablet to direct sunlight;
• Disconnect your tablet from the mains power supply during thunderstorms;
• Avoid any heavy impacts caused by collisions or dropping your tablet as this may damage the product;
• Only use the power supply that came with the product. Using an unauthorised power supply will invalidate your warranty and may irrecoverably damage the product;

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
• Where the main power plug or an appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device, the disconnect device shall remain readily operable;
DO NOT store in dusty or dirty areas;
DO NOT use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or detergents to clean the product. Wipe with a soft dry cloth or tissue paper to clean;
DO NOT attempt to dismantle the product. This product does not contain any user serviceable parts. Unauthorised handling of the device may damage it and will void your warranty;
• Keep the device away from magnets or magnetic fields;
NEVER use the tablet near emergency/intensive care medical equipment, during an electrical storm, or if you have a pacemaker fitted;
• The underneath and sides of the product may become warm after long periods of use. This is normal.

FEATURE FUNCTIONALITY
1. MicroSD card slot Reads and writes files stored on a MicroSD card

3. HDMI port Connect HD television via optional HDMI cable for switching the display to wider screen (Not Included)
4. Micro-USB port Connect USB devices, via an optional USB conversion cable, for transferring data, music, photos, videos
5. DC-In socket Connect the supplied power adapter for charging the battery
6. Microphone Records sounds Provides sound input while making calls using web-based applications
7. Audio port (3.5 mm) Connect a headset, headphones, microphones, or other audio equipment to listen to stereo sound, record audio, or make web phone calls
8. Sustaining port (female) Fix and sustain the connection to external keyboard
9. Pogo pin connector (female) Connect external keyboard
10. Front-facing camera Capture a front view picture or record videos Use while making video calls

12. Windows button Press to open the Windows Start screen

Inserting a MicroSD Card (sold separately)
1. Align the MicroSD Card so that the pins are pointed toward the card slot;
2. Push the MicroSD Card into the card slot until it locks into place.
Removing a MicroSD Card Caution: Removing the MicroSD Card while it is in use may cause data loss or result in application errors.
(Ensure all data is saved to the MicroSD Card before removing.)
1. Touch the Tray button in the notification area, in the lower-right corner of the screen;
2. Touch Safely Remove Hardware;
3. Touch Eject XXXX SD Card. A message will appear confirming that the MicroSD Card can be safely removed. If a warning message appears stating that the MicroSD Card cannot be removed, ensure all data transfers involving the MicroSD Card are complete;
4. Press on the MicroSD Card to release it;
5. Slide the card out after it ejects from the MicroSD Card slot.
* MicroSD card sold separately. Use only compatible memory cards. Incompatible memory cards may damage to the device and corrupt the data stored on the card.

Note: If using the tablet for the first time, or after a long period of idle time, charge the battery for more than half an hour before turning it on to ensure system stability.
The tablet has a built-in rechargeable battery. Charge the device when the battery level is low.
1. Plug the power adapter into the DC-In socket;
2. Connect the power adapter to an electrical outlet and charge the tablet until the battery is fully charged.
Caution:
1. Charge the battery in an ambient temperature of 0°C to 35°C;
2. Use the supplied power adapter only, to charge your tablet. Using unauthorised power adapters may severely damage your tablet.
Note:
1. The battery is not fully charged when you unpack your tablet;
2. A fully discharged battery takes about 5 hours to fully charge;
3. When the battery is being charged, the LED indicator light is red. When the battery has been fully charged, the LED indicator light is orange.
CHARGING THE TABLET

Note: This device has been installed with Windows. You will need to perform an initial setup before the device can be used.
1. Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds to turn your tablet on. The lock screen will appear;
2. The tablet is now ready for use.
Note: If the login screen is not enabled in Windows, you will be taken directly from the lock screen to the start screen.
Turning O the Tablet
You can turn o the tablet in two ways:
Using the Power button:
1. Press and hold the Power button for a minimum of 4 seconds;
2. Swipe-down the shut down confirmation screen to the bottom edge of the display to turn o the tablet.
Using Start menu:
1. Touch the Windows/Start button to bring up the Start menu;
2. Touch Power Shut Down to turn o the tablet.
TURNING ON THE TABLET

This device is designed to be equipped with a dedicated keyboard. Follow these steps to connect the keyboard to your tablet:
1. Place the dedicated keyboard on an even and stable surface (e.g. a desk);
2. Hold your tablet with two hands, align the connector and the two magnetic contacts on the keyboard to the jack and the positioning slots at the bottom of the tablet;
3. As soon as the keyboard is connected to the tablet, it is ready for use;
4. You can rotate the tablet to overlap the keyboard, as you would do with a laptop.
Note:
1. This keyboard is a plug-and-play device; you can connect/disconnect it anytime;
2. Normally, the power LED on the keyboard will be turned on once the tablet is connected to the keyboard;
3. When the tablet overlaps on the keyboard, the display will be turned o. As soon as it is erect, the display will be turned on again;
4. Since the keyboard is powered by the tablet, it has no built-in battery inside.
Warning: The maximum angle between the tablet and the keyboard is 120 degrees. DO NOT rotate the tablet further than that angle as it may cause damage to the tablet and keyboard.
